Africa-Press<\/a> – CentrAfricaine<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ludovic Nga\u00effei, ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat major des forces arm\u00e9es centrafricaines (FACA), interpell\u00e9es \u00e0 son domicile du quartier PK11 dans la nuit du vendredi \u00e0 samedi 16 janvier 2021, a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la prison militaire de camp de Roux \u00e0 Bangui, a-t-on appris de source judiciaire.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ludovic Nga\u00effei, ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat major, est ressorti jeudi 28 janvier, du bureau du procureur, tard dans la nuit pour \u00eatre conduit sous escorte militaire vers la prison militaire de camp de Roux \u00e0 Bangui. Apr\u00e8s plus de 8 heures d\u2019interrogatoire, l\u2019ancien chef de l\u2019arm\u00e9e centrafricaine \u00e0 la retraite depuis 2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire pour son implication pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e dans une tentative de d\u00e9stabilisation du pouvoir en place.<\/p>\n

Le 16 janvier dernier, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de division Ludovic Nga\u00effei a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir foment\u00e9 un putsch contre le r\u00e9gime de Bangui. \u201cJe laisse le soin au peuple centrafricain de juger par lui-m\u00eame\u201d, a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019ancien g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avant d\u2019\u00eatre incarc\u00e9r\u00e9, parlant de tragi-com\u00e9die pour qualifier les chefs d\u2019accusation.<\/p>\n

Tout remonte en janvier 2018 apr\u00e8s une dispute entre le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ludovic NGA\u00cfF\u00c9I LEMAD\u00c9MON \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, chef d\u2019\u00e9tat-major des arm\u00e9es et le pr\u00e9sident Faustin Archange Touadera ayant finalement abouti \u00e0 son limogeage en juillet 2018.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s nos informations, Ludovic NGA\u00cfF\u00c9I LEMAD\u00c9MON n\u2019avait pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont g\u00e8re le pouvoir Faustin Archange Touadera et ses \u00e9quipes. Ce qui l\u2019a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre sa plume pour donner sa position et la reprendre \u00e0 nouveau, deux ans apr\u00e8s son limogeage \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019arm\u00e9e, pour montrer qui est Touadera.<\/p>\n

Mises papier et remis \u00e0 la presse afin de mettre \u00e0 la disposition du public, ces quatre v\u00e9rit\u00e9s sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9es en ces termes : \u00ab Quand la souffrance du peuple m\u2019interpelle \u00e0 plus d\u2019un titre \u00bb. Une goutte d\u2019eau qui fait d\u00e9border le vase \u00e0 la r\u00e9sidence du math\u00e9maticien de boy-rave.<\/p>\n

Faustin Archange Touadera : un pr\u00e9sident mal \u00e9lu<\/p>\n

Pour dire que le pr\u00e9sident Touadera est un pr\u00e9sident mal \u00e9lu pour ne pas dire, investi par la communaut\u00e9 internationale dans une situation de ni paix ni guerre.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9sormais fonctionnaire de la Fonction publique Ludovic NGA\u00cfF\u00c9I demande aux Centrafricains \u00ab \u00e0 lire le regret de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien Laurent Gbagbo pour avoir organis\u00e9 les \u00e9lections sous pression de la communaut\u00e9 internationale sans le d\u00e9sarmement promis des rebelles et, pour les avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le Gouvernement \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dans la nuit du vendredi \u00e0 samedi 16 janvier, une colonne des v\u00e9hicules de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale, accompagn\u00e9e par des blind\u00e9s conduits par des mercenaires russes, ont d\u00e9fonc\u00e9, contre toute attente, le portail de la r\u00e9sidence du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ludovic Nga\u00effei, l\u2019ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat major au quartier PK11 \u00e0 la sortie nord de Bangui, et tir\u00e9 partout comme des \u00ab fous \u00bb. Heureusement le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avait \u00e9vacu\u00e9 sa famille au centre-ville le lendemain de l\u2019attaque du 13 janvier. En l\u2019absence de riposte, ils n\u2019ont pas de choix que de l\u2019emmener au camp de Roux, et ce, sans aucune raison apparente.<\/p>\n

Aussit\u00f4t, on organise une audition sans substance : on lui a notamment demand\u00e9 pourquoi il avait d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de l\u2019arm\u00e9e; s\u2019il savait pourquoi il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9; et au conditionnel qu\u2019il aurait des accointances avec la coalition des patriotes pour le changement (CPC), et qu\u2019il s\u2019organiserait des r\u00e9unions politiques\u2026<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s son interrogatoire par les mercenaires russes au camp de Roux, il est ramener \u00e0 la section des recherches et d\u2019investigation (SRI) de Bangui d\u2019o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire avant de le transf\u00e9rer au camp de Roux la semaine derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
