Africa-Press – CentrAfricaine. <\/strong><\/span>Les e\u0301changes transfrontaliers ont repris, le jeudi 26 janvier 2023, entre le Cameroun et la Re\u0301publique centrafricaine. Ceci, apre\u0300s sa fermeture suite a\u0300 l\u2019attaque de Be\u0301loko, le samedi 21 janvier 2023, par des hommes arme\u0301s. <\/b><\/p>\n

Cette reprise fait suite a\u0300 la rencontre bilate\u0301rale, ce 26 janvier, a\u0300 Garoua-Boulai\u0308 entre les autorite\u0301s des deux (2) pays. Le gouvernement centrafricain rassure du dispositif se\u0301curitaire de\u0301ja\u0300 mis en place pour faciliter le bon de\u0301roulement des activite\u0301s e\u0301conomiques sur le corridor Bangui- Garoua-Boulai\u0308.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019issue de cette rencontre, les transporteurs camerounais ont exige\u0301 du gouvernement centrafricain, non seulement une garantie se\u0301curitaire mais aussi la re\u0301paration des dommages subis dans cette attaque du 21 janvier 2023. Les autorite\u0301s centrafricaines ont rassure\u0301 leurs partenaires de ce qu\u2019un de\u0301tachement supple\u0301mentaire des Forces arme\u0301es centrafricaines (FACA) est de\u0301ja\u0300 a\u0300 Be\u0301loko et qu\u2019une e\u0301valuation des pertes est lance\u0301e pour de probables remboursements.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Tout est rentre\u0301 dans l\u2019ordre \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Apre\u0300s nos explications, les camionneurs ou du moins, les transporteurs camerounais sont revenus sur leur de\u0301cision parce qu\u2019ils ont souleve\u0301 le proble\u0300me de rentrer en gre\u0300ve. Apre\u0300s l\u2019intervention de la partie centrafricaine, tout est rentre\u0301 dans l\u2019ordre. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous croyons qu\u2019il reste maintenant de notre co\u0302te\u0301 d\u2019organiser la reprise des activite\u0301s. Et du co\u0302te\u0301 de la douane, d\u2019ici demain, nous allons tout mettre en ordre pour que les activite\u0301s puissent reprendre normalement comme avant\u00a0\u00bb, a rassure\u0301 Fre\u0301deric The\u0301odore Inamo, directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral des douanes.<\/p>\n

Avant cette re\u0301union, le syndicat des camionneurs camerounais a saisi le gouvernement centrafricain pour se plaindre des multiples tracasseries policie\u0300res. Une pratique qui entrave la libre circulation des personnes et des biens.<\/p>\n

Maintenir le flux<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les responsables du ministe\u0300re des transports et les directeurs ge\u0301ne\u0301raux du BARC et de la Douane sont venus nous rassurer que des dispositifs se\u0301curitaires ont e\u0301te\u0301 pris. Nous leur avons fait confiance parce que ce sont des responsables qui ont e\u0301te\u0301 mandate\u0301s par les hautes autorite\u0301s centrafricaines. Nous allons continuer a\u0300 desservir la Centrafrique. Nous allons e\u0301valuer d\u2019ici une a\u0300 deux semaines pour voir si la se\u0301curite\u0301 est maintenue\u00a0\u00bb, s\u2019est engage\u0301 Amadou Bachirou, porte-parole de la coalition des syndicats des conducteurs routiers du Cameroun.<\/p>\n

Les membres de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration des ouvriers des transporteurs de la CEMAC de retour des assises de Libreville au Gabon, notent avec regret, la prolife\u0301ration des barrie\u0300res dans l\u2019espace communautaire. Une pratique a\u0300 l\u2019origine de la flambe\u0301e des prix des produits de consommation.<\/p>\n

Tracasseries routie\u0300res<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons subi des tracasseries en Re\u0301publique centrafricaine avec environ 25 barrie\u0300res. Au Gabon, ils n\u2019ont qu\u2019un seul corridor avec pas moins de 40 barrie\u0300res. Et a\u0300 chaque barrie\u0300re, nous devons verser de l\u2019argent. Ce proble\u0300me est e\u0301pineux et doit nous interpeller tous\u00a0\u00bb a alerte\u0301 Justin Yalingou, secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration des ouvriers des transporteurs de la CEMAC.<\/p>\n

Selon la direction ge\u0301ne\u0301rale des douanes, au moins 30 ve\u0301hicules ont e\u0301te\u0301 incendie\u0301s durant cette attaque du site de Be\u0301loko. Le ministe\u0300re des transports repre\u0301sente\u0301 par son charge\u0301 des missions, Hilaire Yabada, promet une solution gouvernementale a\u0300 la question des barrie\u0300res ille\u0301gales dans un de\u0301lai de 30 jours.<\/p>\n
