Un rebelle tue\u0301, un autre appre\u0301hende\u0301, pendant que les autres ont pris fuite, a-t-on appris de sources se\u0301curitaires. <\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019arrestation d\u2019un des e\u0301le\u0301ments de ce groupe arme\u0301 par les forces gouvernementales qui l\u2019ayant transfe\u0301re\u0301 a\u0300 Bangui, a permis de tomber sur des dossiers compromettants. D\u2019apre\u0300s les sources proches du dossier, ces e\u0301le\u0301ments arme\u0301s appartenant a\u0300 Mahamat Alkhatim, pourchassait les e\u0301leveurs dans la localite\u0301,<\/p>\n

Dans son te\u0301le\u0301phone androi\u0308de, le service de l\u2019enque\u0302te a retrouve\u0301 des indices qui e\u0301tablissent un rapport entre les rebelles et les casques bleus de la Minusca.<\/p>\n

Des images retrouve\u0301es dans le mobile du combattant appre\u0301hende\u0301, montrent des casques bleus et des combattants rebelles dans la brousse. Parmi les images, un rebelle se fait le plaisir de prendre des photos devant un ve\u0301hicule de marque Land-cruiser 4\u00d74, pendant que les autres sont place\u0301s quelque part dans le parage, comme l\u2019attestent les photo jointes a\u0300 l\u2019article.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019interpre\u0301tation des images, on estime que les casques bleus et ces rebelles seraient dans un deal. Comme souvent, la population et les autorite\u0301s locales accusent les casques bleus de la Minusca d\u2019e\u0302tre en connivence avec les groupes arme\u0301s.<\/p>\n

Cette connivence, d\u2019apre\u0300s les faits, se mate\u0301rialise par les e\u0301changes des ressources minie\u0300res et les armes, sous forme de troc. C\u2019est une information que la Minusca n\u2019arrive toujours pas a\u0300 confirmer, alors que les fais sont la\u0300, comme le cas d\u2019un casque bleu qui a e\u0301te\u0301 pris la main dans le sac a\u0300 Bangui, ayant e\u0301te\u0301 sur le point d\u2019aller vendre des minutions au PK5 dans le 3e\u0300me arrondissement. Comme quoi, des de\u0301nonciations font e\u0301tat de ce que des casques bleus de la Minusca contribuent eux-aussi a\u0300 l\u2019instabilite\u0301 en Centrafrique.<\/p>\n
