C\u2019est une journe\u0301e ayant pour but de mieux faire connaitre les missions de la protection civile aupre\u0300s du grand public, et aussi sensibiliser les population sur les mesures a\u0300 adopter en cas de catastrophes naturelles.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord la protection civile c\u2019est de prote\u0301ger la population en cas d\u2019accident et pollution impliquant des substances chimique, biologiques, radiologiques ou nucle\u0301aires.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, cette journe\u0301e a e\u0301te\u0301 cre\u0301e\u0301e en 1965, reconnue d\u2019une publique et agre\u0301e\u0301e de se\u0301curite\u0301 civile. La Re\u0301publique Centrafricaine est l\u2019un des pays qui face dernie\u0300rement aux proble\u0300mes lie\u0301s a\u0300 l\u2019instabilite\u0301 se\u0301curitaire et militaro-politique.<\/p>\n<p>Alors il est d\u2019ailleurs tout a\u0300 fait symptomatique que la Centrafrique soit particulie\u0300rement sensibilise\u0301e a\u0300 la ce\u0301le\u0301bration de cette journe\u0301e, car la pre\u0301sence des allie\u0301es Russes est comme un soulagement pour la population Centrafricaine. A vrai dire, la Centrafrique fait partie des pays terrorise\u0301 mais avec le soutien de la Russie, MINUSCA et des FACA, les centrafricains se sentent prote\u0301ger par l\u2019ange Gabriel se dit un citoyen centrafricain.<\/p>\n<p>Gabin ZABRE <b>\u00ab cette journe\u0301e ne vise pas seulement les accidents ou encore substances chimiques, mais aussi pour la se\u0301curite\u0301 de la population. Donc je dirais gra\u0302ce aux allie\u0301es russes, nous sommes prote\u0301ge\u0301s par les rebelles \u00bb<\/b> a-t-il-de\u0301plore\u0301<\/p>\n<p>A cet effet la journe\u0301e mondiale de la protection civile a fait de\u0301ja\u0300 58 anne\u0301es, car elle a e\u0301te\u0301 cre\u0301e\u0301e en 1965.
