Cette constitution qui vient d\u2019e\u0302tre vote\u0301e, s\u2019impose a\u0300 tous comme l\u2019a si bien souligne\u0301, le Directeur national de campagne re\u0301fe\u0301rendaire, Evariste Ngamana au cours d\u2019une confe\u0301rence de presse tenue ce lundi a\u0300 la cite\u0301 des chefs de l\u2019Etat a\u0300 Bangui.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La nouvelle constitution est l\u2019e\u0301manation du peuple centrafricain qui est un peuple souverain. Elle s\u2019impose a\u0300 tous. Du moment ou\u0300 elle est de\u0301ja\u0300 vote\u0301e en attendant sa promulgation par le pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique apre\u0300s la proclamation par l\u2019ANE et la confirmation des re\u0301sultats par la cour constitutionnelle, elle devient la constitution de tous les Centrafricains <\/b>\u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le de\u0301pute\u0301 Evariste Ngamana<\/b> qui re\u0301pondait aux questions journalistes.<\/p>\n

Ce face-a\u0300-face avec la presse a e\u0301te\u0301 une aubaine pour celui qui a dirige\u0301 avec succe\u0300s la campagne re\u0301fe\u0301rendaire pendant deux semaines, de brosser le bilan du scrutin qui a eu lieu le dimanche 30 juillet 2023 sur toute l\u2019e\u0301tendue du territoire centrafricain et dans certains pays de la diaspora centrafricaine. Ces premie\u0300res tendances accre\u0301ditent de\u0301ja\u0300 les propos lumineux que tenait la semaine dernie\u0300re un journaliste sur les ondes de la RFI, propos lumineux selon lesquels les partisans du OUI sont tre\u0300s nombreux <\/b>\u00bb, a fait savoir Evariste Ngamana. <\/b><\/p>\n

Les re\u0301sultats provisoires du scrutin re\u0301fe\u0301rendaire seront connus dans une semaine conforme\u0301ment au chronogramme e\u0301tabli par l\u2019Autorite\u0301 nationale des Elections (ANE).<\/p>\n
