Le Tribunal p\u00e9nal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a jug\u00e9 que le procureur f\u00e9d\u00e9ral extraordinaire Stefan Keller a agi de mani\u00e8re ill\u00e9gale en \u00e9tendant son enqu\u00eate au-del\u00e0 de son mandat.<\/p>\n<p>Le 10 d\u00e9cembre 2020, M. Keller a publi\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 de presse affirmant qu\u2019il y avait \u00ab des indices clairs que le Pr\u00e9sident de la FIFA s\u2019est rendu coupable d\u2019un comportement p\u00e9nalement r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible \u00bb. Il est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent clair que cette d\u00e9claration infond\u00e9e et diffamatoire reposait sur un acte d\u2019enqu\u00eate qui \u00e9tait lui-m\u00eame ill\u00e9gal, nul et non avenu.<\/p>\n<p>Le Tribunal p\u00e9nal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il incombe \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de surveillance de contr\u00f4ler le comportement du bureau du procureur f\u00e9d\u00e9ral extraordinaire.
