Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Nd\u00e9l\u00e9, chef-lieu de la pr\u00e9fecture de Bamingui-Bangoran, avec une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du DDRR (D\u00e9sarmement, d\u00e9mobilisation, r\u00e9insertion et rapatriement), le chef rebelle Abdoulaye Hissen a organis\u00e9 aussit\u00f4t une r\u00e9union avec l\u2019ensemble de ses g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour leur donner des directives.<\/p>\n
