Je voudrais bien laisser aux historiens, aux politologues, aux philosophes ou anthropologues, aux sociologues et autres chercheurs le soin de faire appara\u00eetre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du pass\u00e9 politique de notre pays. N\u00e9anmoins, je voudrais rappeler, \u00e0 notre m\u00e9moire commune, quelques accords de paix, ou de cessez-le-feu qui, malheureusement, n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 apporter les solutions escompt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rentes crises, souvent d\u00e9clench\u00e9es pour des motifs fabriqu\u00e9s de toute pi\u00e8ce \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat Faustin Archange TOUADERA<\/p>\n<p>Dans son adresse jeudi \u00e0 la nation, Faustin Archange TOUADERA a rappel\u00e9 presque tous les dialogues organis\u00e9s dans ce pays, mais sans que la paix ne soit retrouv\u00e9e.
