Cette intrigue politique complexe ne cesse de surprendre, de\u0301voilant les coulisses du pouvoir et les jeux dangereux qui s\u2019y de\u0301roulent.<\/b><\/p>\n

Tout a commence\u0301 avec les de\u0301clarations du ministre de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301 et porte-parole de la pre\u0301sidence, monsieur Albert Yaloke\u0301 Mokpeme<\/b>, sur les ondes de Radio France Internationale (RFI). Au de\u0301but du mois de novembre dernier, Mahamat Al Khatim<\/b>, membre de la Coalition des Patriotes pour le Changement (CPC), avait annonce\u0301 son retrait de cette coalition et son retour dans l\u2019accord de paix de Khartoum, signe\u0301 en 2019. Cette de\u0301cision, selon des nombreux observateurs, est un ralliement au re\u0301gime de Bangui via Baba Ladde\u0301<\/b>, marquant ainsi son retour dans le camp du pouvoir.<\/p>\n

Cependant, les espoirs d\u2019Al Khatim<\/b> ont e\u0301te\u0301 rapidement balaye\u0301s par les de\u0301clarations du sieur Albert Yaloke\u0301 Mokpeme<\/b>, qui a affirme\u0301 que me\u0302me si le chef de guerre revenait dans le cadre de l\u2019Accord Politique pour la Paix et la Re\u0301conciliation en Re\u0301publique Centrafricaine (APPR RCA), il serait toujours inquie\u0301te\u0301 car la justice centrafricaine suivrait son cours. Il e\u0301tait bien connu que Mahamat Al Khatim<\/b>, tout comme d\u2019autres leaders de la CPC, avait e\u0301te\u0301 condamne\u0301 a\u0300 la re\u0301clusion a\u0300 perpe\u0301tuite\u0301 par la justice centrafricaine.<\/p>\n

Cependant, l\u2019incroyable s\u2019est produit la semaine dernie\u0300re : Faustin Archange Touadera<\/b> a de\u0301pe\u0302che\u0301 en toute discre\u0301tion une de\u0301le\u0301gation ministe\u0301rielle aupre\u0300s du Pre\u0301sident tchadien.<\/b> La mission de cette de\u0301le\u0301gation ? Discuter des modalite\u0301s du retour a\u0300 Bangui du ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de corps d\u2019arme\u0301e Mahamat Al Khatim, le chef rebelle tchado-centrafricain. Cela peut sembler insense\u0301, mais c\u2019est une re\u0301alite\u0301 palpable.<\/p>\n

Le ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de corps d\u2019arme\u0301e Mahamat Al Khatim,<\/b> en tant que l\u2019un des leaders de la CPC, de\u0301tient autant des informations pre\u0301cieuses pour le re\u0301gime de Bangui, lui permettant de mieux comprendre les dessous de cette coalition des groupes arme\u0301s centrafricains et leur strate\u0301gie. Apre\u0300s plusieurs semaines de discussions entre le gouvernement centrafricain et Mahamat Al Khatim, ce dernier a explique\u0301 qu\u2019il ne pouvait pas quitter le Tchad sans l\u2019accord des autorite\u0301s tchadiennes. Faustin Archange Touadera<\/b> a pris cela comme un de\u0301fi a\u0300 relever.<\/p>\n

Cette situation met en lumie\u0300re le jeu politique complexe et ambigu de Faustin Archange Touadera<\/b>. D\u2019un co\u0302te\u0301, il condamne les chefs rebelles comme Mahamat Al Khatim a\u0300 la re\u0301clusion a\u0300 perpe\u0301tuite\u0301, invoquant la justice. De l\u2019autre, il cherche a\u0300 les ramener a\u0300 Bangui en utilisant diverses strate\u0301gies diplomatiques pour tirer profit de sa connaissance des affaires de la CPC.<\/p>\n

Cette man\u0153uvre politique soule\u0300ve des questions sur les ve\u0301ritables motivations de Faustin Archange Touadera. Est-il pre\u0302t a\u0300 tout pour maintenir son emprise sur le pouvoir, y compris collaborer avec d\u2019anciens ennemis ? <\/b>Ou s\u2019agit-il simplement d\u2019une tentative de\u0301sespe\u0301re\u0301e de maintenir la stabilite\u0301 dans une nation en proie a\u0300 la violence et a\u0300 l\u2019instabilite\u0301 depuis des anne\u0301es ?<\/p>\n
