Il est seconde\u0301 du de\u0301pute\u0301 de l\u2019opposition, Bernard Dillah, qui, lui aussi, rempile pour la 4e fois au poste de 2e vice-pre\u0301sident.<\/p>\n

Ernest Mize\u0301dio, de\u0301pute\u0301 d\u2019Obo 1, n\u2019a pas pu maintenir son poste de 3e vice-pre\u0301sident au profit de Marie Christiane Patasse\u0301, de\u0301pute\u0301e de Nana-Bakassa. Cependant, Marien Djeme\u0301, l\u2019e\u0301lu de la 2e circonscription de Nola, conserve son fauteuil de 4e Vice-pre\u0301sident.<\/p>\n

Au niveau de la questure, Jocelyn Makango, de\u0301pute\u0301 de Mbai\u0308ki 5, est re\u0301e\u0301lu premier questeur. Il sera entoure\u0301 de Sylvain Marandji et Junior Fleury Pabandji, respectivement de\u0301pute\u0301s de Kouango 2 et de Bouar 1.<\/p>\n

Par contre, le 1er secre\u0301taire parlementaire revient a\u0300 Cle\u0301ment Ndombe\u0301, pre\u0301sident du groupe parlementaire MCU, parti politique du pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique. Parmi les 14 de\u0301pute\u0301s membres, on note une faible repre\u0301sentation des femmes. L\u2019on peut compter seulement trois qui ont fait leur entre\u0301e dans ce nouveau bureau du Parlement centrafricain.<\/p>\n

Tous les 140 de\u0301pute\u0301s ont participe\u0301 directement ou bien par mandat a\u0300 ce vote de renouvellement partiel de leur bureau. Et selon le re\u0300glement inte\u0301rieur de l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale, ceux qui sont empe\u0302che\u0301s peuvent participer au vote a\u0300 travers un mandat de\u0301livre\u0301. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a fait e\u0301galement le de\u0301pute\u0301 de la 1e\u0300re circonscription du 4e arrdt de Bangui, E\u0301phrem Dominique Yandoka, encore en prison.<\/p>\n
