Africa-Press – CentrAfricaine. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019accord signe\u0301 le 10 juillet 2025 entre le gouvernement centrafricain et les deux chefs rebelles Ali Ndarassa de l\u2019UPC et Ousmane Sembe\u0301 Bobo des 3R continue de susciter une vague d\u2019adhe\u0301sion au sein de la population. Pour de nombreux Centrafricains, cet acte marque un tournant dans la que\u0302te de paix et de re\u0301conciliation nationale.<\/p>\n

Malgre\u0301 l\u2019historique de revirements, comme le retrait d\u2019Ali Ndarassa de l\u2019accord de Khartoum de 2020 pour rejoindre ensuite la CPC, le gouvernement a estime\u0301 qu\u2019il e\u0301tait judicieux de relancer les ne\u0301gociations afin de cre\u0301er les conditions d\u2019e\u0301lections apaise\u0301es et d\u2019un retour durable a\u0300 la stabilite\u0301.<\/p>\n

Pour plusieurs observateurs, ce type d\u2019initiative centre\u0301e sur un dialogue entre Centrafricains est a\u0300 encourager.<\/p>\n

\u00abIl vaut mieux dialoguer entre nous pluto\u0302t que de faire appel syste\u0301matiquement a\u0300 des institutions internationales. Ce genre d\u2019accord n\u2019est ni partisan ni personnel: c\u2019est l\u2019inte\u0301re\u0302t national qui est en jeu, pour permettre a\u0300 notre pays d\u2019avancer \u00bb, <\/b>a confie\u0301 un analyste politique local.<\/p>\n

Pour me\u0301moire, l\u2019accord de Khartoum signe\u0301 en 2019 avait de\u0301ja\u0300 re\u0301uni une dizaine de groupes rebelles. Celui de Ndjamena, conclu en avril 2025, a e\u0301te\u0301 renforce\u0301 par la signature du nouvel accord a\u0300 Bangui, le 10 juillet 2025, dans l\u2019enceinte de la Cite\u0301 des Chefs d\u2019E\u0301tat.<\/p>\n

Cet accord constitue une e\u0301tape cruciale pour une Re\u0301publique Centrafricaine marque\u0301e par des de\u0301cennies de crises militaro-politiques. Il repre\u0301sente une opportunite\u0301 de tourner la page et d\u2019impliquer tous les acteurs du pays dans un processus inclusif visant a\u0300 ba\u0302tir un avenir fonde\u0301 sur la paix, la justice et le de\u0301veloppement durable.<\/p>\n
