Africa-Press<\/a> – CentrAfricaine<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>La victime a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9e d\u2019urgence \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Bocaranga quelques minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019incident qui avait eu lieu dans la localit\u00e9 de Ndim, dans la pr\u00e9fecture de l\u2019Ouham-P\u00e9nd\u00e9, au nord-ouest de la RCA.<\/p>\n

Selon plusieurs t\u00e9moins qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne, l\u2019acte criminel est survenu ce jeudi 10 juin 2021 \u00e0 Ndim, dans la sous-pr\u00e9fecture de Ngaoundaye apr\u00e8s une banale altercation entre un soldat de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale et un homme, habitant de Ndim.<\/p>\n

Selon les m\u00eames sources, c\u2019est au moment de discussions que le soldat FACA a d\u00e9gain\u00e9 son arme avant de lui tirer dessus. La balle atteint son genou droit, et aussit\u00f4t l\u2019homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Bocaranga. Le soldat fautif serait un caporal de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le 26 mai dernier, les rebelles de 3R, membres de la coalition des patriotes pour le changement (CPC) ont attaqu\u00e9 la position de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de Ndim. Un soldat de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale avait \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9, et tous les autres ont pris la fuite pour regagner la base op\u00e9rationnelle de la Minusca durant plusieurs jours.<\/p>\n

Pour les populations locales, s\u2019il s\u2019agit pour les FACA de faire usage de leur arme, ils devraient le faire face aux rebelles du CPC et non aux civils.<\/p>\n
