Kogrengbo ne prend pas de gants: chaque travailleur, quelle que soit sa peau, sa langue ou sa foi, vaut autant que le voisin d\u2019atelier. Ce n\u2019est pas une formule de fac\u0327ade. L\u2019ODSTC y voit une ligne directrice que le mouvement syndical trahit chaque fois qu\u2019il laisse certains membres au bas de la liste.<\/p>\n

Le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral s\u2019arre\u0302te longuement sur les travailleurs migrants et re\u0301fugie\u0301s. Kogrengbo e\u0301crit sans ambigui\u0308te\u0301 qu\u2019ils ne sont pas les artisans de leur propre exil: des crises e\u0301conomiques, se\u0301curitaires et politiques les ont conduits la\u0300 ou\u0300 ils se trouvent. Ce rappel cible ceux qui en font des coupables commodes.<\/p>\n

Ce que Kogrengbo de\u0301nonce avec le plus de de\u0301tails, c\u2019est le circuit qui les fragilise: recrute\u0301s a\u0300 moindre cou\u0302t, ils deviennent l\u2019argument de patrons peu scrupuleux pour rogner sur les salaires. Ce glissement nourrit le cho\u0302mage, le travail informel et l\u2019effritement des acquis sociaux centrafricains.<\/p>\n

Kogrengbo ne s\u2019arre\u0302te pas au diagnostic. Il demande aux organisations affilie\u0301es a\u0300 l\u2019ODSTC en RCA d\u2019agir concre\u0300tement: mener des campagnes, ouvrir les syndicats aux migrants, et leur assurer les me\u0302mes droits sociaux qu\u2019aux autres. Il pointe le secteur de la construction comme l\u2019un des plus urgents a\u0300 surveiller.<\/p>\n

Dans la partie finale de sa de\u0301claration, Kogrengbo nomme le racisme, la xe\u0301nophobie et le fascisme sans chercher d\u2019euphe\u0301misme. Pour lui, ces ide\u0301ologies ne sont pas des opinions parmi d\u2019autres: elles servent a\u0300 couper les travailleurs les uns des autres, au be\u0301ne\u0301fice de ceux qui profitent de leur de\u0301sunion.<\/p>\n
