Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Apre\u0300s la formation des facilitateurs sur l\u2019approche SBS (changement comportemental et social), les acteurs se re\u0301unissent durant trois jours a\u0300 Moroni pour l\u2019e\u0301laboration et la validation d\u2019une la strate\u0301gie nationale du changement social et comportemental. <\/b><\/p>\n

La direction de l\u2019information en collaboration avec l\u2019Unicef a organise\u0301 un atelier pour l\u2019e\u0301laboration et la validation de la strate\u0301gie nationale SBC (changement comportemental et social). D\u2019une dure\u0301e de trois jours (du 26 au 28 septembre), cet atelier est une suite logique de la formation faite il y a trois mois en faveur des principaux acteurs nationaux issus des diffe\u0301rents secteurs de l\u2019e\u0301ducation, la sante\u0301, la protection de l\u2019enfance et le Wash sur la nouvelle approche SBC anciennement C4D (communication pour le De\u0301veloppement). Une formation qui a permis a\u0300 ces acteurs d\u2019acque\u0301rir les connaissances de base sur la SBC et pouvoir les inte\u0301grer dans les planifications sectorielles.<\/p>\n

L\u2019atelier a vu la pre\u0301sence du directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019information Kombo Soulaimana et tous les acteurs de la plateforme. Dans son allocution, le chef de la section sante\u0301 a\u0300 l\u2019Unicef Me\u0301dard Folefack Temfack a souligne\u0301 qu\u2019en 2020, l\u2019Unicef a appuye\u0301 la DGI pour le renforcement des capacite\u0301s des facilitateurs nationaux issus des diffe\u0301rents secteurs pour jouer un ro\u0302le important dans l’e\u0301laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre d’une strate\u0301gie nationale C4D, mais la pande\u0301mie de COVID 19 a stoppe\u0301 le processus et par la suite un changement a e\u0301te\u0301 ope\u0301re\u0301 au niveau global faisant e\u0301voluer l\u2019approche de C4D a\u0300 la SBC (Social and Behavior Change).<\/p>\n

\u00ab C\u2019est pourquoi, ces me\u0302mes acteurs et d\u2019autres issus de diffe\u0301rentes directions et de la socie\u0301te\u0301 civile ont e\u0301te\u0301 convie\u0301s en juin 2023 pour une formation de renforcement de leurs capacite\u0301s sur la nouvelle approche SBC, premie\u0300re e\u0301tape avant la tenue aujourd\u2019hui de l\u2019atelier national d\u2019e\u0301laboration d\u2019un document strate\u0301gique utile pour accompagner le processus de changement social et comportemental aux Comores \u00bb, avance-t-il, en saluant les efforts de\u0301ploye\u0301s en cette courte pe\u0301riode pour un travail de re\u0301flexion approfondi au niveau de chaque secteur concerne\u0301, et qui a abouti au cadre conceptuel qui fera l\u2019objet de cet atelier de trois jours. Rappelons que ce document strate\u0301gique est tre\u0300s utile pour accompagner le processus de changement social et comportemental au profit des droits de l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n
