Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Au palais de justice de Mutsamudu, en pre\u0301sence du ministre Djae\u0301 Ahamada Chanfi, huit nouveaux juges ont jure\u0301 au nom d\u2019Allah qu\u2019ils feront le job sous la protection de la loi. Sont nomme\u0301s par de\u0301cret, Soumaya Bint Hakim, Samir Mohamed Abdou, Anchkidine Maanfou, Anziz Kamal, Ombaydat Sai\u0308d Kaambi, El-fakir Houmadi, Ibrahim Youssouf, auditeurs et auditrices de justice. <\/b><\/p>\n

Dans une salle d\u2019audience pleine a\u0300 craquer, les nouveaux juges nomme\u0301s et installe\u0301s au parquet du tribunal de premie\u0300re instance ont affiche\u0301 leur volonte\u0301 de changer l\u2019image de la justice. \u00ab Nous allons travailler avec rapidite\u0301 et efficacite\u0301, pour l\u2019inte\u0301re\u0302t ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la population \u00bb, souligne Anchikidine Maanfou.<\/p>\n

La ce\u0301re\u0301monie s\u2019est passe\u0301e dans un environnement convivial gra\u0302ce au soutien des familles des jeunes magistrats. \u00ab C\u2019est une premie\u0300re pour les Comores, de former et orienter des jeunes apre\u0300s les avoir recrute\u0301s par concours \u00bb, rappelle le procureur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral. De son co\u0302te\u0301, le ministre de la justice Djae\u0301 Ahamada Chanfi a juge\u0301 crucial de rapprocher la justice des justiciables. \u00ab C\u2019est un grand projet, plusieurs juges et greffiers sont installe\u0301s gra\u0302ce aux efforts du gouvernement et le financement de nos partenaires \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>\n

Samedi prochain, le tour sera pour Mohe\u0301li. Le ministre la justice et garde des sceaux devait de\u0301clarer que \u00ab c\u2019est inadmissible que jusqu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, la justice se concentre uniquement a\u0300 Mutsamudu. Domoni et dans d\u2019autres re\u0301gions doivent aspirer a\u0300 une bonne administration de la justice dans un futur proche \u00bb, tout en encourageant cette dynamique de renouveler le personnel de l\u2019institution judiciaire.<\/p>\n

A noter que sur les sept nouveaux juges, figurent deux femmes. Il est a\u0300 souligner qu\u2019une bonne justice est un pas important pour la se\u0301curite\u0301 des investissements.
