Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Le syndicat des transporteurs routiers, Usukani wa masiwa a tenu ce jeudi 29 aou\u0302t une confe\u0301rence de presse dans leur bureau pour annoncer une gre\u0300ve illimite\u0301e a\u0300 partir du lundi 2 septembre prochain. Selon leur porte-parole Moustoifa Hamid alias Shema, les autorite\u0301s n\u2019ont pas satisfait les dole\u0301ances du syndicat. Raison pour laquelle les transporteurs engagent un nouveau bras de fer avec le gouvernement. <\/b><\/p>\n

Suite a\u0300 un communique\u0301 du ministe\u0300re des finances, du budget et du secteur bancaire, annonc\u0327ant la reprise du paiement de la vignette 2024 de\u0300s le 31 aou\u0302t, le syndicat des transporteurs estime que les autorite\u0301s n\u2019ont acce\u0301de\u0301 a\u0300 leurs dole\u0301ances malgre\u0301 les ne\u0301gociations mene\u0301es ces derniers jours entre les deux parties. Ainsi, le syndicat Usukani wa masiwa a tenu ce jeudi 29 aou\u0302t une confe\u0301rence de presse pour annoncer une gre\u0300ve illimite\u0301e a\u0300 partir du lundi 2 septembre. \u00ab A la suite des ne\u0301gociations mene\u0301es entre le ministe\u0300re des finances et le syndicat national des transporteurs Usukani wa masiwa le ministe\u0300re a accepte\u0301 de faire payer la vignette sans pe\u0301nalite\u0301 jusqu\u2019au 31 aou\u0302t 2024. Passe\u0301 ce de\u0301lai, la DGI reprendra ses ope\u0301rations de recouvrement avec pe\u0301nalite\u0301 comme cela se doit \u00bb, peut-on lire dans le communique\u0301 du ministe\u0300re date\u0301 du 22 aou\u0302t dernier. Dans sa confe\u0301rence de presse d\u2019hier, le syndicat a soutenu le contraire. Selon les confe\u0301renciers cela ne doit pas e\u0302tre ainsi. Ils accusent les autorite\u0301s de ne pas prendre en conside\u0301ration leurs revendications malgre\u0301 les engagements pris.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons le regret d\u2019annoncer a\u0300 nos clients et a\u0300 la population que nous allons entamer une gre\u0300ve a\u0300 partir du lundi 2 septembre. On a vu le communique\u0301 du ministe\u0300re des finances qui a informe\u0301 qu\u2019a\u0300 partir du 31 aou\u0302t la DGI va relancer ses ope\u0301rations de recouvrement de la vignette avec pe\u0301nalite\u0301. Nous sommes dans l\u2019obligation d\u2019entamer une gre\u0300ve car les autorite\u0301s n\u2019ont pas pris en compte nos propositions malgre\u0301 plusieurs discutions: Nous avons demande\u0301 d\u2019annuler la vignette, ou nous faire payer 20% car l\u2019anne\u0301e est de\u0301ja\u0300 finie. On a encore propose\u0301 que pour l\u2019anne\u0301e 2025 le syndicat fasse le recouvrement de\u0300s le mois de janvier pour e\u0301viter un malentendu. Tout en tenant compte de la re\u0301habilitation des routes. Toutes ces propositions n\u2019ont pas e\u0301te\u0301 entendues \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 Shema. Et de conclure: \u00ab on va de\u0301clencher cette gre\u0300ve, et on appelle les autres i\u0302les a\u0300 suivre le mot d\u2019ordre. Les transporteurs doivent rester chez eux a\u0300 partir du lundi prochain.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, c\u2019est la troisie\u0300me gre\u0300ve en quatre mois, avec comme seule et unique revendication l\u2019annulation pure et simple de la vignette 2024 et la re\u0301habilitation des routes de\u0301labre\u0301es, notamment celles de la zone de Dimani Oichili et Hammamet entre autres pour l\u2019i\u0302le de Ngazidja.<\/p>\n
