Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Un protocole d’accord entre le gouvernement et le collectif des boulangeries des Comores a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 ce lundi 27 juin \u00e0 Moroni. Plus de 66 millions de nos francs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la table pour subventionner les boulangeries pendant une p\u00e9riode de trois mois, afin que ces derni\u00e8res maintiennent le prix du pain \u00e0 150 FC.<\/b><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un mois de n\u00e9gociation et d’\u00e9changes entre le gouvernement et le collectif des boulangeries, un protocole d’accord vient d\u2019\u00eatre enfin sign\u00e9. Le gouvernement a \u00e9t\u00e9 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par les minist\u00e8res des finances et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et du conseiller priv\u00e9 du Chef de l\u2019Etat d\u2019une part, et le collectif des boulangeries par trois personnes. Le ministre des finances annonce que lui et son homologue de l’\u00e9conomie ont re\u00e7u des instructions du chef de l’\u00c9tat afin d\u2019entamer des n\u00e9gociations avec les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques notamment les boulangeries, pour maintenir le pain \u00e0 150 FC malgr\u00e9 la hausse du prix de la farine.<\/p>\n

\u00ab D\u00e9sormais, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette convention, le gouvernement va prendre en charge tout exc\u00e8s du prix de la farine. Cela pour faciliter la vie quotidienne du citoyen \u00bb, explique Mz\u00e9 Abdou Mohamed Chanfiou, le ministre des finances, tout en montrant que le pain est l’aliment le plus consomm\u00e9 par les Comoriens. Selon l\u2019argentier de l\u2019Etat, le gouvernement est oblig\u00e9 de subventionner trois produits essentiels, \u00e0 savoir l’\u00e9nergie, le riz et la farine pour ne pas impacter le quotidien du Comorien. \u00ab L’Etat exon\u00e8re toujours la farine \u00e0 la douane mais cette fois ci, vu la conjoncture \u00e9conomique mondiale, nous sommes dans l’obligation de faire ce geste \u00bb, indique le ministre qui promet une autre action similaire les jours \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, le conseiller priv\u00e9 du chef l’Etat, Nour-El Fath Azali pr\u00e9cise que cette convention qui couvre une p\u00e9riode de trois mois, p\u00e9riode d’essai, va compl\u00e9ter la diff\u00e9rence du prix du sac de farine. \u00ab Un sac de farine co\u00fbtait 7000 FC avant la crise. Actuellement un sac co\u00fbte 9500 \u00e0 10 000 FC. Le boulanger va le prendre \u00e0 7000 FC et le gouvernement va payer les 3000 FC afin que le prix du pain reste inchang\u00e9 \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il. Ce dernier annonce que c\u2019est une mesure provisoire mais des r\u00e9flexions vont \u00eatre men\u00e9es pour voir comment les aider. \u00ab C\u2019est une mesure d\u2019urgence mais on esp\u00e8re trouver une solution durable dans l\u2019avenir \u00bb, poursuit-il.<\/p>\n

Le ministre de l’\u00e9conomie quant \u00e0 lui, tient \u00e0 rassurer le collectif des boulangeries que si on est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 signer cette convention, cela traduit la volont\u00e9 du chef de l’\u00c9tat d\u2019all\u00e9ger le co\u00fbt de la vie du citoyen. \u00ab Nous allons nous revoir apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode de trois mois afin d’\u00e9valuer la situation. Mais nous esp\u00e9rons que d\u2019ici la, la situation sera r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00bb, avance Ahmed Bazi. Il faut rappeler que la flamb\u00e9e des prix n\u2019\u00e9pargne aucun secteur \u00e9conomique, mais la forte hausse du prix des hydrocarbures d\u00e9cid\u00e9e le 31 mai dernier a beaucoup impact\u00e9 le pouvoir d\u2019achat des comoriens, par ses nombreuses r\u00e9percutions sur les transports et les denr\u00e9es de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
