Le chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019\u00eele d\u00e9clare que \u00ab dans un pays qui a des juges, des instances judiciaires, mais o\u00f9 on arrive \u00e0 enfermer un citoyen, durant plus de quatre ans sans jugement, c&rsquo;est une forte inqui\u00e9tude pour aujourd&rsquo;hui et demain \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>21 ao\u00fbt 2018, 21 ao\u00fbt 2022, cela fait jour pour jour quatre ann\u00e9es depuis que l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident Ahmed Abdallah Mohamed Sambi est priv\u00e9 de sa libert\u00e9, et plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire. Les 1460 jours d&#8217;emprisonnement sans proc\u00e8s de ce citoyen et non moins personnage politico-religieux charismatique, n&rsquo;ont pas laiss\u00e9 le Gouverneur Anissi insensible. \u00ab J&rsquo;ai vu dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux que ce lundi 22 ao\u00fbt, commence la cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e depuis le placement en d\u00e9tention de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Sambi. La population se demande le pourquoi puisque nous avons une justice, nous avons des juges ayant jur\u00e9 au nom d&rsquo;Allah qu&rsquo;ils agiront avec impartialit\u00e9. Nous sommes un Etat qui doit prot\u00e9ger tous les citoyens \u00bb, avance le gouverneur, qui s\u2019est tr\u00e8s rarement exprim\u00e9 sur ce sujet depuis son ralliement au r\u00e9gime du pr\u00e9sident Azali. Il se pose m\u00eame la question du pourquoi \u00ab ce citoyen n&rsquo;est toujours pas jug\u00e9 \u00bb, ce qui soul\u00e8ve ces derniers jours une vague de protestation \u00e0 travers les m\u00e9dias sociaux, tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif de l&rsquo;\u00eele d&rsquo;Anjouan dit qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas juge, mais estime que cette situation est tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e9tante pour le pays. \u00ab Si on enferme un citoyen durant plus de 4 ans, cela motive mon inqui\u00e9tude et je vous dis que je suis tr\u00e8s inquiet \u00bb, poursuit-il, tout en rappelant que \u00ab nous ne pouvons pas vivre en paix sans \u00e9quit\u00e9, ni transparence, ni application de la loi pour tous et pour toutes \u00bb. Le gouverneur d\u2019Anjouan semble bien lucide lors de son intervention sur cette affaire Sambi, apr\u00e8s avoir rassur\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il se porte bien et il est en bonne sant\u00e9. Il a conclu ses propos sur l&#8217;emprisonnement de Sambi en estimant que \u00ab nul n&rsquo;est au dessus de la loi, mais nul ne doit-\u00eatre exon\u00e9r\u00e9 de son application \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Sambi, est inculp\u00e9 et plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire depuis ao\u00fbt 2018, dans le cadre de l\u2019affaire de la citoyennet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Il a fut d\u2019abord plac\u00e9, trois mois plus t\u00f4t, en r\u00e9sidence surveill\u00e9e, sur la base d\u2019une note du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, par mesure administrative, pour \u00ab menace \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public \u00bb.
