Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Apr\u00e8s Oungoni, Mohamed Abdallah Halifa a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son \u0153uvre \u00ab\u00a0Abdallah Halifa, prince du Domba au sommet de l’Etat\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9di\u00e9 au parcours de son p\u00e8re, Abdallah Halifa ancien pr\u00e9sident de l’Assembl\u00e9e F\u00e9d\u00e9rale sous deux r\u00e9gimes.<\/b><\/p>\n

Il y’a quelque chose de tr\u00e8s myst\u00e9rieux mais aussi qui fascine bon nombre de comorien face \u00e0 la personnalit\u00e9 du tr\u00e8s honorable Abdallah Halifa, pr\u00e9sident de l’Assembl\u00e9e F\u00e9d\u00e9rale. C’est d’avoir su rester fonci\u00e8rement attach\u00e9 \u00e0 ses racines de Domba tout en ayant connu les ors de la R\u00e9publique, que ce soit au gouvernorat de l’\u00eele au c\u00f4t\u00e9 du tribun Said Hassane Said Hachim, \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e F\u00e9d\u00e9rale en tant que questeur au c\u00f4t\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident Taki Abdoulkarim ou en tant que conseiller politique du pr\u00e9sident Djohar. Infirmier de formation, rien ne disposait ce descendant de Mfaume Madjuwani donc arri\u00e8re petit fils du Sultan-Po\u00e8te Mbaye Trambwe wa Ntibe Mlanao \u00e0 devenir un personnage central de l’histoire politique de notre pays. N\u00e9 dans le fin fond du Domba (Ungoni), Abdallah Halifa a pourtant bris\u00e9 tant de cha\u00eenes et de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s pour \u00eatre l’un des hommes publics les moins clivants.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s son retour au pays, \u00ab Abdallah Halifa fut affect\u00e9 \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital EI-Maarouf, et occupa le poste d’infirmier d’Etat \u00bb, peut-on lire \u00e0 la page 87. Des ann\u00e9es plus tard, il f\u00fbt affect\u00e9 \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital de Mbeni en tant qu\u2019infirmier en chef, une ville o\u00f9 il s’est \u00e9norm\u00e9ment investi ou sa vie \u00ab \u00e9tait partag\u00e9e entre la vie \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital, comme infirmier-chef, et celle \u00e0 la ville, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait un simple citoyen… jusqu’\u00e0 devenir l’imam de la mosqu\u00e9e d’Ali wa Haziri \u00bb. Son parcours dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 l’amena jusqu’\u00e0 devenir le premier directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pharmacie nationale sous la r\u00e9volution Soilihiste. Apr\u00e8s le retour au pouvoir du pr\u00e9sident Ahmed Abdallah Abderemane, le prince du Domba \u00ab int\u00e9gra le cabinet de la primature comme charg\u00e9 de mission aupr\u00e8s du Premier Ministre Salim Ben Ali \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Abdallah Halifa fut adoub\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois d\u00e9put\u00e9 du Domba en 1972 au temps de l’autonomie interne, un soutien que l’\u00e9lu rendait bien \u00e0 sa r\u00e9gion. \u00ab Lorsqu’il devient, en 1987, pr\u00e9sident de l’Assembl\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, il mit en \u0153uvre, durant tout son mandat, tous les moyens l\u00e9gaux \u00e0 sa disposition pour doter sa r\u00e9gion d’une route bitum\u00e9e \u00bb. Cet ancrage et l’amour que cet homme vouait \u00e0 sa r\u00e9gion est un exemple \u00e0 nul autre pareille. \u00ab Le Domba l’avait port\u00e9 au sommet de l’Etat, Abdallah le lui avait bien rendu en se mettant au service de sa population \u00bb, comme l’auteur a tenu \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser… .Abdallah Halifa est lecteur fid\u00e8le de la presse nationale, notamment La Gazette des Comores qu\u2019il lit chaque matin.<\/p>\n
