L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite, le week-end dernier, dans un communiqu\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisation panafricaine.<\/p>\n<p>Ag\u00e9 de 60 ans, l\u2019heureux promu qui succ\u00e8de au Mozambicain Francisco Madeira aura \u00e9galement la responsabilit\u00e9 du chef de la Mission de transition en Somalie. Une force de maintien de la paix de l&rsquo;UA engag\u00e9e dans la lutte contre les islamistes radicaux shebab.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ancien ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res des Comores, notamment de 2017 \u00e0 2020, a aussi occup\u00e9 des postes au sein de la mission de l&rsquo;ONU au Mali et de la mission conjointe UA-ONU au Darfour.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9, cette nomination intervient cinq mois apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;expulsion en avril du repr\u00e9sentant en poste dans le pays depuis 2015, Francisco Madeira, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 personne non grata par le Premier ministre de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, Mohamed Hussein Roble.
