Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la CRC dans la r\u00e9gion de Bambao sont \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre pour mettre en place le week-end prochain un QG dudit parti.<\/b><\/p>\n

Une mani\u00e8re d\u2019affirmer leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 la formation politique traverse une p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude, \u00e0 cause des dissensions internes sur fond de leadership.<\/p>\n

Deux coordinations dans une m\u00eame r\u00e9gion. Cette situation refl\u00e8te les divisions qui minent le principal parti au pouvoir, la Convention pour le Renouveau des Comores commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e la CRC.<\/p>\n

A Bambao, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de cette r\u00e9gion, deux clans sont form\u00e9s : celui soutenu par l\u2019ancien argentier de l\u2019\u00c9tat Said Ali Said Chayhane, et celui attribu\u00e9 bon gr\u00e9 mal gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ancien patron de l\u2019ONICOR Azhar Ahmed.<\/p>\n

Tous deux se regardent en chien de fa\u00efence, et la cordialit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils ont toujours tent\u00e9e d\u2019afficher publiquement ne sera, dans une petite semaine, qu\u2019un lointain souvenir avec la mise en place d\u2019un QG \u00e0 Md\u00e9 dimanche prochain.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous leur avons beau tendre la main mais ils nous ont toujours jou\u00e9 un tour.<\/p>\n

Dor\u00e9navant, advienne que pourra mais nous n\u2019accepterons jamais d\u2019\u00eatre dirig\u00e9s par une coordination choisie par le seul fait du prince \u00bb, temp\u00eate ce partisan fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la coordination historique. La coordination \u00ab choisie par le seul fait du prince \u00bb est celle dirig\u00e9e par Aboussalami Halidi, l\u2019homme qui murmure \u00e0 l\u2019oreille de Chayhane.<\/p>\n

Les conditions qui l\u2019ont conduit \u00e0 ce poste sont, il est vrai, loin d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9mocratiques comme l\u2019admettent certains caciques que nous avons interrog\u00e9s et qui ont particip\u00e9 au tripatouillage de la coordination historique.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019origine de ces divisions, une guerre de leadership. Apr\u00e8s le retour d\u2019Azali aux affaires en 2016, Said Ali Said Chayhane a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 le prestigieux minist\u00e8re des Finances.<\/p>\n

Comme tout politicien ambitieux, il pensait pouvoir avoir une mainmise sur la r\u00e9gion dont il est issu. Il s\u2019est heurt\u00e9 \u00e0 un obstacle de taille. L\u2019influence grandissante du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement d\u00e9joue ses plans.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le ministre des Finances dig\u00e9rait mal l\u2019influence d\u2019un \u00ab \u00e9tranger \u00bb sur \u00ab son territoire \u00bb. Il sentait le vent tourner en sa d\u00e9faveur, lui qui s\u2019estimait le gardien l\u00e9gitime du temple politique de la CRC dans le Bambao.<\/p>\n

Idaroussi \u00e9tait un caillou dans sa chaussure \u00bb, relate un cadre de la CRC que nous avons rencontr\u00e9 en apart\u00e9 en marge d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse de la nouvelle coordination de Bambao, \u00e0 Moroni le samedi 25 septembre.<\/p>\n

Si c\u2019est Azhar Ahmed qui croise le fer avec l\u2019actuel directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Comores T\u00e9l\u00e9coms en lieu et place d\u2019Idaroussi Hamadi, d\u2019aucuns estiment que c\u2019est parce que cela aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s risqu\u00e9 que de vouloir s\u2019en prendre \u00e0 un cador de la trempe du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement, un homme qui a le bon pedigree tant sur le plan politique que familial pour bomber le torse du haut de son fauteuil de Sgg qu\u2019il a laiss\u00e9 pour les Hydrocarbures depuis fin 2021.<\/p>\n

Les m\u00e9diations men\u00e9es par le porte-parole de Beit-Salam ou encore le Charg\u00e9 de la D\u00e9fense et ex directeur de cabinet du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, n\u2019auront pas apport\u00e9 les fruits escompt\u00e9s. Les deux clans demeurent irr\u00e9conciliables et les hostilit\u00e9s continuent de plus belle. Ce cancer s\u2019est propag\u00e9 jusque dans l\u2019administration publique.<\/p>\n

Beaucoup d\u2019actes administratifs pris par des ministres ou autres autorit\u00e9s qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas forcement en bons termes avec l\u2019ex argentier de l\u2019\u00c9tat, n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis d\u2019effet faute d\u2019avoir obtenu le visa n\u00e9cessaire des services du minist\u00e8re des finances.<\/p>\n

Parfois m\u00eame aux d\u00e9pens du pays comme la non ex\u00e9cution des mesures d\u2019accompagnement devant \u00e9viter que l\u2019ONICOR ne sombre, pourtant avalis\u00e9es en conseil des ministres.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Chayhane est un sectaire et a une vision \u00e9triqu\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00bb, charge un membre du gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 l\u2019ind\u00e9boulonnable Belou, secr\u00e9taire national de la CRC qui a b\u00e9ni contre vents et mar\u00e9es la nouvelle coordination, notre source gouvernementale dit de lui \u00ab qu\u2019il est obs\u00e9quieux \u00bb. Quoi que l\u2019on puisse de lui, Belou est capable de dialoguer avec tout le monde. Une qualit\u00e9 que personne ne peut lui enlever.<\/p>\n
