Le coordinateur du projet montre que les plus grands travaux sont de\u0301ja\u0300 re\u0301alise\u0301s et qu’il ne reste plus que des finitions, et une autre e\u0301quipe chinoise est attendue a\u0300 Moroni prochainement pour l\u2019ache\u0300vement des travaux.<\/b><\/p>\n

Contre vents et mare\u0301es, la socie\u0301te\u0301 chinoise qui s\u2019est vu confier la construction du nouveau centre hospitalier universitaire national El-Maarouf promet de livrer le chantier de\u0301but 2024. Dans un entretien, le coordinateur du projet a rappele\u0301 qu’une mission chinoise de la socie\u0301te\u0301 s’est rendue a\u0300 Moroni et a regrette\u0301 la hausse des prix des mate\u0301riaux de construction, provoque\u0301e par la guerre en Ukraine. \u00ab Lors de la signature du contrat avec la socie\u0301te\u0301 chinoise, on avait pre\u0301vu une re\u0301vision des prix en cas de force majeure. Et c’est exactement le cas avec la guerre d’Ukraine car le gravier et autres produits ont flambe\u0301. Donc les responsables de la socie\u0301te\u0301 chinoise sont venues discuter avec les autorite\u0301s du pays sur ces difficulte\u0301s pour trouver les voies et moyens de poursuivre les travaux \u00bb, explique Moussa Dada, le coordinateur du projet. Ce dernier a rappele\u0301 que lors des deux vagues de la Covid-19, les travaux de construction du Centre hospitalier ont connu des interruptions qui ont par la suite ralenti le chantier pendant presque trois mois. Un retard qui a permis au gouvernement d’accorder encore un de\u0301lai supple\u0301mentaire a\u0300 la socie\u0301te\u0301 chinoise quant a\u0300 la livraison du chantier.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce sens que le conseiller en infrastructures de la pre\u0301sidence a annonce\u0301 que le chantier ne peut pas e\u0302tre livre\u0301 en fe\u0301vrier 2023 comme pre\u0301vu. Selon lui, les travaux vont se poursuivre jusqu’a\u0300 fin 2023. \u00ab Les plus grandes \u0153uvres sont de\u0301ja\u0300 re\u0301alise\u0301es. Il ne reste plus que des finitions a\u0300 faire. Tre\u0300s prochainement une autre e\u0301quipe chinoise doit arriver a\u0300 Moroni pour s’occuper des murs rideaux, peintures, carrelages, e\u0301lectricite\u0301 et plomberie. Si d’ici 2023, aucun impre\u0301vu se pre\u0301sente, le chantier sera livre\u0301 l’anne\u0301e prochaine \u00bb, rassure-t-il. Il faut pre\u0301ciser que les mate\u0301riaux pre\u0301vus pour les finitions ne vont pas tarder a\u0300 arriver au port de Moroni.<\/p>\n
