Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Membre du parti Juwa, Jaffar El-Macelie, a\u0300 travers une vide\u0301o devenue virale, interpelle les autorite\u0301s politiques sur l\u2019affaire Sambi dont le proce\u0300s doit s\u2019ouvrir ce lundi 21 novembre. Selon lui, la justice doit e\u0302tre irre\u0301prochable par son e\u0301quite\u0301 et il invite le chef de l\u2019Etat a\u0300 s\u2019inte\u0301resser a\u0300 ce dossier pour que le myste\u0300re prenne fin dans l\u2019inte\u0301re\u0302t de la paix. <\/b><\/p>\n

Le renvoi de l\u2019ancien pre\u0301sident Sambi devant la Cour de surete\u0301 de l\u2019Etat a surpris le commun des mortels me\u0302me les non juristes ont e\u0301te\u0301 stupe\u0301faits par cette tournure que semble prendre ce dossier. L\u2019opposition n\u2019en de\u0301mord pas. Apre\u0300s la sortie me\u0301diatique des partis Juwa et UPDC, c\u2019est au tour d\u2019une personnalite\u0301 politique, Said Jaffar El-Macelie de s\u2019exprimer sur le sujet. Dans une de\u0301claration de 17 minutes, ce membre du parti Juwa, a interpelle\u0301 les autorite\u0301s publiques sur l\u2019affaire Sambi. Il est revenu sur un e\u0301change qu\u2019il a eu a\u0300 Beit-salam avec le pre\u0301sident Azali Assoumani, au sujet de la paix et de la se\u0301curite\u0301 du pays, mais e\u0301galement le de\u0301veloppement. Il a profite\u0301 de l\u2019occasion pour e\u0301voquer l\u2019affaire Sambi dont l\u2019e\u0301tat de sante\u0301 continue de se de\u0301te\u0301riorer. \u00ab J\u2019ai conseille\u0301 au chef de l\u2019Etat, d\u2019aller s\u2019impre\u0301gner personnellement de l\u2019e\u0301volution de l\u2019e\u0301tat de sante\u0301 de l\u2019ex-pre\u0301sident Sambi. Et il avait accepte\u0301, en envoyant son ministre Amine Soeuf comme e\u0301missaire. Il avait e\u0301te\u0301 convenu de faciliter sa sortie a\u0300 l\u2019exte\u0301rieur pour une consultation me\u0301dicale. Je n\u2019ai pas compris pourquoi son e\u0301vacuation a e\u0301te\u0301 annule\u0301e au dernier moment \u00bb, te\u0301moigne-t-il.<\/p>\n

Dans son intervention, El-Macelie invite le chef de l\u2019Etat a\u0300 trouver une solution ade\u0301quate face a\u0300 cette situation. Il se dit inquiet face a\u0300 ce myste\u0300re. Pour rappel, le pre\u0301sident Sambi a e\u0301te\u0301 d\u2019abord poursuivi pour trouble a\u0300 l\u2019ordre public, de\u0301tournement de deniers publics et aujourd\u2019hui pour haute trahison. \u00ab L\u2019action me\u0301ritant la qualification de haute trahison est un crime qui consiste en une extre\u0302me de\u0301loyaute\u0301 a\u0300 l’e\u0301gard de son pays par la cession d\u2019une partie du territoire de son pays. Mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas ici. D\u2019ailleurs, alors que l\u2019i\u0302le d\u2019Anjouan avait fait se\u0301cession, le pre\u0301sident Sambi avait re\u0301ussi a\u0300 re\u0301tablir la paix et l\u2019unite\u0301 en libe\u0301rant l\u2019i\u0302le des se\u0301paratistes \u00bb, rappelle-t-il.<\/p>\n

Tout comme les juristes et l\u2019opposition, il insiste sur l\u2019ille\u0301galite\u0301 de la cour de surete\u0301 de l\u2019Etat. La constitution de 2018 en l\u2019article 96 stipule que : \u00ab En cas de jugement d\u2019un chef d\u2019Etat, il doit e\u0302tre juge\u0301 par la cour supre\u0302me qui sie\u0300ge en tant que haute cour de justice de l\u2019Etat. Et une loi organique de\u0301finira ce que c\u2019est que la haute trahison ainsi que la composition de cette haute cour, or cette loi n\u2019existe pas a\u0300 ce jour \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Et M. El-Macelie d\u2019appeler a\u0300 l\u2019indulgence du chef de l\u2019Etat. Dans cette affaire beaucoup de personnes doivent e\u0302tre entendues tout comme l\u2019ancien chef d\u2019Etat Ikililou Dhoinine et l\u2019actuel ministre Msaidie pour le contrat avec la socie\u0301te\u0301 Lika. Ces questions doivent e\u0302tre e\u0301lucide\u0301es en toute transparence. Dans ce dossier, la justice doit e\u0302tre irre\u0301prochable par son e\u0301quite\u0301. Car cette fac\u0327on d\u2019agir laissera a\u0300 ses yeux un mauvais pre\u0301ce\u0301dent, puisque tout chef d\u2019Etat peut subir le me\u0302me sort que Sambi \u00bb, conclut-il.<\/p>\n
