\u00ab L\u2019ex-pre\u0301sident comorien a de\u0301cide\u0301 de boycotter l\u2019audience. Il de\u0301nonce une proce\u0301dure biaise\u0301e \u00bb, a souligne\u0301 le journal.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes venus pour essayer d\u2019empe\u0302cher l\u2019arbitraire, de ne pas accepter l\u2019instrumentalisation de la justice a\u0300 des fins politiques, malheureusement nous avons constate\u0301 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait aucune marge pour cela \u00bb, a souligne\u0301, Me Jan Fermon, de la de\u0301fense de l\u2019ancien pre\u0301sident Sambi, selon le journal La Gazette des Comores.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C\u2019est un proce\u0300s joue\u0301 d\u2019avance \u00bb, a re\u0301ite\u0301re\u0301 de son co\u0302te\u0301 Me Ahamada Mahamoudou, un autre avocat de M. Sambi selon la Gazette des Comores.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Outre le caracte\u0300re ille\u0301gal de la Cour de su\u0302rete\u0301 de l\u2019E\u0301tat, les avocats de Sambi assurent que la haute trahison dont est poursuivi leur client, est un de\u0301lit non de\u0301fini par la loi comorienne \u00bb, a indique\u0301 la Gazette des Comores.<\/p>\n
