Africa-Press – Comores. <\/strong><\/span>Dans le cadre du projet post Kenneth, les travaux de construction d’un hangar et d\u2019une citerne au be\u0301ne\u0301fice de la se\u0301curite\u0301 civile ont de\u0301marre\u0301 a\u0300 Fomboni. Le projet est finance\u0301 par la Banque mondiale a\u0300 hauteur de 150 millions de francs comoriens pour la reconstruction des infrastructures touche\u0301es par le passage du cyclone Kenneth en avril 2019. Le ministre de l’ame\u0301nagement du territoire Afretane Youssoufa a fait le de\u0301placement la semaine dernie\u0300re pour constater l’e\u0301volution du chantier mais aussi s’assurer du respect du plan exige\u0301 par les inge\u0301nieurs. Les me\u0302mes travaux se re\u0301alisent e\u0301galement a\u0300 Nioumachoi pour les me\u0302mes objectifs.<\/b><\/p>\n

Avril 2019, avril 2023, quatre ans ont de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301coule\u0301s depuis le passage du cyclone tropical Kenneth dans l’archipel des Comores. Lequel passage a occasionne\u0301 des de\u0301ga\u0302ts e\u0301value\u0301s a\u0300 185 millions de dollars dont 36% sont relatifs au secteur du ba\u0302timent et travaux publics. Pour reconstruire le pays, le gouvernement a fait appel a\u0300 ses partenaires pour un accompagnement et c’est la Banque Mondiale qui s’est manifeste\u0301e en premier en accordant un financement de 45 millions de dollars au profit du gouvernement comorien. L’objectif est de contribuer au rele\u0300vement et a\u0300 la re\u0301silience du secteur du logement, la re\u0301silience des zones co\u0302tie\u0300res, la re\u0301habilitation des infrastructures de base mais aussi a\u0300 la gestion inte\u0301gre\u0301e des risques de catastrophes et sur les interventions d’urgence.<\/p>\n

C’est dans ce sens que la se\u0301curite\u0301 civile au niveau de Mohe\u0301li vient de be\u0301ne\u0301ficier d\u2019un projet de construction d’un hangar et d\u2019une citerne. \u00ab Les me\u0302mes travaux seront effectue\u0301s a\u0300 Nioumachoi pour les me\u0302mes objectifs. Le chantier a e\u0301te\u0301 ouvert vers la fin du mois de mars et auront un de\u0301lai d’exe\u0301cution de 7 mois \u00bb a explique\u0301 le Ministre de l’ame\u0301nagement du territoire charge\u0301 de l’urbanisme et des affaires foncie\u0300res Afretane Youssoufa lors de sa visite technique dans le chantier de Fomboni.<\/p>\n

C’est l’entreprise locale SOREACO (socie\u0301te\u0301 de construction, de re\u0301habilitation et d’adduction d’eau) qui a obtenu le marche\u0301. Pour rappel, le projet post Kenneth a e\u0301galement re\u0301habilite\u0301 certaines e\u0301coles a\u0300 Mohe\u0301li et construit quelques routes secondaires dans l’i\u0302le en particulier dans le village de Hamavouna.<\/p>\n
