Il a e\u0301te\u0301 visite\u0301 par une de\u0301le\u0301gation de la Fondation Telema.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le projet innovant a e\u0301te\u0301 pre\u0301se\u0301lectionne\u0301 a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de la troisie\u0300me e\u0301dition de l\u2019appel a\u0300 projets de la Fondation Telema et visite\u0301 pour faire un e\u0301tat des lieux de son activite\u0301. En effet, en recyclant les de\u0301chets organiques pour les transformer en ressources, le promoteur du projet et sa coope\u0301rative participent a\u0300 la valorisation des de\u0301chets.<\/p>\n<p>La culture des champignons est une activite\u0301 qui ne\u0301cessite peu d\u2019investissement financier et permet de re\u0301aliser des be\u0301ne\u0301fices conse\u0301quents si elle est bien exe\u0301cute\u0301e. Compose\u0301e d\u2019une e\u0301quipe de huit personnes, la coope\u0301rative de Franck Loubanou s\u2019est spe\u0301cialise\u0301e dans la culture des pleurotes, une varie\u0301te\u0301 de champignons tre\u0300s prise\u0301e par les Congolais.<\/p>\n<p>Outre sa production journalie\u0300re et hebdomadaire, le Projet production des champignons, base\u0301 a\u0300 Pointe-Noire, re\u0301alise en moyenne trois a\u0300 quatre cents kilogrammes de la production mensuelle, soit un rendement pe\u0301cunier d\u2019environ un million six cent mille francs par mois.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, dans le cadre du processus de production des pleurotes, les rafles de mai\u0308s, les sciures de bois et les boutures de manioc sont recycle\u0301s pour fabriquer le substrat, support sur lequel poussent les champignons.<\/p>\n<p>Malgre\u0301 les prouesses constate\u0301es dans le cadre de la fabrication des champignons comestibles, le promoteur du projet de\u0301plore une augmentation substantielle de la production et espe\u0300re une ame\u0301lioration du travail apre\u0300s l\u2019achat du mate\u0301riel. \u00ab Le souhait le plus urgent serait de continuer a\u0300 valoriser et a\u0300 produire en tre\u0300s grande quantite\u0301 les espe\u0300ces de champignons locales y compris les espe\u0300ces e\u0301trange\u0300res. Nous avons deux broyeurs pour e\u0301craser ce que nous voulons mais nous avons commence\u0301 avec le pilon \u00bb, a indique\u0301 Franck Gae\u0301tan Loubanou Tchibinda.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le site de production de ce projet, le travail se fait encore de manie\u0300re artisanale et surtout avec du mate\u0301riel rudimentaire. Les me\u0301langes d\u2019ingre\u0301dients, la pre\u0301paration du myce\u0301lium, le processus de ste\u0301rilisation du mate\u0301riel, le broyage, le lardage, le clonage et les autres ope\u0301rations devraient se faire dans les normes officielles et reconnues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il nous faut normalement les me\u0301thodes assure\u0301es pour espe\u0301rer une plus grande production. Il nous faut des grands me\u0301langeurs spe\u0301ciaux, une grande salle pour le lardage et un laboratoire modernise\u0301. Me\u0302me le clonage doit encore e\u0302tre modernise\u0301. Produire cinq kilos par jour en moyenne est encore tre\u0300s faible. Nous voulons aussi cartographier le type de champignons existant dans notre pays \u00bb, a rappele\u0301 le biologiste Franck Gae\u0301tan Loubanou Tchibinda.<\/p>\n<p>Excepte\u0301 la production des champignons comestibles, le responsable du projet a affirme\u0301 a\u0300 la de\u0301le\u0301gation de la Fondation Telema pour l\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes son intention d\u2019en embaucher plusieurs et accompagner les e\u0301tudiants congolais dans le travail de recherche mole\u0301culaire, la toxicite\u0301 et la myciculture.<\/p>\n<p>Pre\u0301cisons que la ministre des Petites et moyennes entreprises et de l\u2019Artisanat e\u0301voque tre\u0300s souvent, lors de ses descentes, la ne\u0301cessite\u0301 de promouvoir le \u2018\u2019made in Congo\u2019\u2019 en exhortant a\u0300
