La plateforme, qui accuse la hie\u0301rarchie de tous les maux, estime que son mandat de trois ans renouvele\u0301 est arrive\u0301 a\u0300 son terme le 15 janvier dernier. Et depuis lors, les PVH re\u0301clament en vain la tenue d\u2019une assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective devant permettre la mise en place d\u2019un nouveau secre\u0301tariat exe\u0301cutif.<\/p>\n<p>Face a\u0300 ce blocus, la Pophac a re\u0301solu d\u2019interpeller le chef de l\u2019Etat, Denis Sassou N\u2019Guesso, afin qu\u2019il intervienne personnellement pour que cette situation qui les divise actuellement soit re\u0301solue au plus vite.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est avec un ultime honneur que la Pophac vient aupre\u0300s de notre haute autorite\u0301 solliciter la convocation d\u2019une assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective du Conseil consultatif des personnes vivant avec handicap (CCPVH) afin de mettre en place la nouvelle instance capable de ge\u0301rer a\u0300 bon escient notre institution \u00bb, rele\u0300ve la de\u0301claration du Pophac lue par son coordonnateur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral, Serge D\u2019Alain Bomoko.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le fond, la Pophac reproche au secre\u0301taire exe\u0301cutif permanent du CCPVH, entre autres, \u00ab l\u2019incompe\u0301tence ; la gestion opaque de leurs proble\u0300mes ; le non-respect de la loi organique de l\u2019institution, les sanctions ille\u0301gales inflige\u0301es a\u0300 trois conseillers \u00bb ainsi que la mauvaise distribution des quotas de recrutement a\u0300 la Fonction publique affecte\u0301s aux PVH.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sollicitons du pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique la convocation de notre assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective afin d\u2019e\u0301lire une nouvelle e\u0301quipe qui va nous ge\u0301rer, parce que nous avons beaucoup de proble\u0300mes. Nous avons parmi nous des gens qui dorment a\u0300 la belle e\u0301toile depuis qu\u2019on a ferme\u0301 le beach de Brazzaville et nombreux d\u2019entre nous ici sommes abandonne\u0301s a\u0300 nous-me\u0302mes, sans activite\u0301s lucratives. L\u2019e\u0301quipe actuelle a fait deux mandats sans faire une seule proposition au gouvernement. Cependant, notre situation sociale ne fait que s\u2019empirer, alors que son ro\u0302le est d\u2019e\u0301mettre des avis au gouvernement. C\u2019est pour cela que nous sollicitons la tenue de l\u2019assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale afin qu\u2019une nouvelle e\u0301quipe soit mise en place \u00bb, a souligne\u0301 le coordonnateur
