Africa-Press – Congo Brazzaville. <\/strong><\/span>En s\u00e9jour de travail au Congo, la s\u00e9natrice des Fran\u00e7ais \u00e9tablis hors de France, H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Conway Mouret, a appel\u00e9 le 9 mai \u00e0 Brazzaville le Congo et la France \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans un dialogue permanent.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous sommes entre amis, entre pays qui se connaissent bien, qui ont un pass\u00e9 commun, un pr\u00e9sent forc\u00e9ment et un avenir et il est de notre ressort de nous engager dans un dialogue permanent. Ce que je fais en \u00e9tant pr\u00e9sente ici aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Brazzaville \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Conway Mouret, au sortir des \u00e9changes qu\u2019elle a eus avec le premier vice-pr\u00e9sident du S\u00e9nat, Michel Mahinga.<\/p>\n

Elle a, \u00e0 cet effet, invit\u00e9 les personnalit\u00e9s congolaises \u00e0 se rendre \u00e0 Paris pour parler, partager leurs pr\u00e9occupations et voir comment avancer ensemble pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique des deux pays.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je suis venue \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute mais \u00e9galement pour r\u00e9it\u00e9rer l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et la place que le Congo finalement joue, la place qu\u2019il a dans la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise \u00bb, a rench\u00e9ri la s\u00e9natrice fran\u00e7aise. Elle a rappel\u00e9 les similitudes existant entre les S\u00e9nats fran\u00e7ais et congolais, notamment dans le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019action gouvernementale par le biais des diff\u00e9rentes commissions, de l\u2019application des lois.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Conway Mouret n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9voquer les questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 le long du golfe de Guin\u00e9e, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que le Congo et la France doivent renforcer pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la r\u00e9gion. Elle a enfin conclu son propos en soulignant que le Congo et la France forment un vieux couple qui a le devoir de continuer \u00e0 \u00e9changer et avancer ensemble. Apr\u00e8s le S\u00e9nat, H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Conway Mouret a poursuivi sa visite \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n
