Les deux parties ont e\u0301voque\u0301 leurs futurs projets dans le domaine de la transition e\u0301nerge\u0301tique et de la production du gaz. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nouvellement nomme\u0301 a\u0300 la te\u0302te de la re\u0301gion Afrique centrale et australe de la compagnie pe\u0301trolie\u0300re ame\u0301ricaine, Billy Lacobie est venu pre\u0301senter les civilite\u0301s au ministre des Hydrocarbures ainsi que les projets d\u2019investissement de sa filiale congolaise. L\u2019objectif de la visite au Congo, a-t- il pre\u0301cise\u0301, est non seulement d\u2019e\u0301changer autour de la vision du gouvernement congolais en matie\u0300re de transition e\u0301nerge\u0301tique, mais e\u0301galement pour les futurs investissements.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnie Chevron est pre\u0301sente en Re\u0301publique du Congo depuis plusieurs anne\u0301es et entend lancer de nouvelles explorations des hydrocarbures et de\u0301velopper des opportunite\u0301s dans le domaine du gaz. D\u2019apre\u0300s le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Afrique centrale et australe du groupe, il s\u2019agit des priorite\u0301s d\u2019investissement de Chevron Congo.<\/p>\n<p>Apre\u0300s la rencontre avec le ministre de tutelle, la de\u0301le\u0301gation de Chevron a e\u0301te\u0301 rec\u0327ue par le Premier ministre, Anatole Collinet Makosso.<\/p>\n<p>Base\u0301e en Californie, aux Etats-Unis, la compagnie Chevron est pre\u0301sente dans plus de cent quatre-vingts pays et \u0153uvre dans chaque aspect de l\u2019industrie du pe\u0301trole et du gaz : exploration et production ; raffinage, vente et transport ; fabrication et vente de produits chimiques ainsi que la production d\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301.
