La famille Dos Santos est dans la ligne de mire des tentatives de Luanda pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des ressources.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le 27 juillet, un tribunal n\u00e9erlandais a prononc\u00e9 une d\u00e9cision selon laquelle les 6 % de participation indirecte d\u2019Exem dans le producteur public portugais d\u2019hydrocarbures (Galp) doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Etat angolais. Le tribunal avait \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi par l\u2019Etat angolais en f\u00e9vrier dernier, car Exem est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de droit n\u00e9erlandais.<\/p>\n<p>Son propri\u00e9taire \u00e9tait le feu Sindika Dokolo, \u00e9poux d\u2019Isabel Dos Santos, fille de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident angolais, Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Dos Santos. Les juges n\u00e9erlandais ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette acquisition a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u2009entach\u00e9e d\u2019ill\u00e9galit\u00e9, permettant \u00e0 Mme Isabel dos Santos d\u2019engranger un gain financier extraordinaire au d\u00e9triment de Sonangol et, par cons\u00e9quent, de l\u2019Etat angolais\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si techniquement, Isabel Dos Santos est l\u2019h\u00e9riti\u00e8re directe des actifs d\u2019Exem, elle nie tout lien direct avec la holding et nie aussi avoir commis des actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles, ajoutant qu\u2019elle fait simplement l\u2019objet d\u2019une chasse aux sorci\u00e8res politique de la part des nouveaux dirigeants angolais. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Exem a affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019elle fera appel de cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les Luanda Leaks, les 6 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis en 2006 pour 99 millions de dollars avec l\u2019argent de Sonangol.
