Ces services sont \u00e0 la base de la pollution \u00e0 travers la capitale congolaise. Aussi, cela ne permet pas \u00e0 la population de vivre dans un environnement sain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons pens\u00e9 proposer cette nouvelle taxe pour notamment d\u00e9courager la construction de plusieurs stations-service \u00e0 Kinshasa, l\u2019implantation des \u00e9glises et la cr\u00e9ation de bars dans tous les coins de la capitale \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Dieumerci Matondo, pr\u00e9sident de cette ONG.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, il a indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019un plaidoyer sera d\u00e9pos\u00e9 aux autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes de la ville et du pays afin de voir dans quelles mesures les choses peuvent \u00eatre organis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Et tout ce que nous faisons, c\u2019est pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la population. La pollution environnementale est une v\u00e9ritable bombe \u00e0 retardement qu\u2019il faut donc \u00e9viter \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n<p>La dite taxe est de 50 dollars am\u00e9ricains.
