Africa-Press<\/a> – Congo Kinshasa<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Tension ce lundi 3 mai \u00e0 Katale et \u00e0 Buvunga, en groupement Gisisgari, territoire de Rutshuru. Des habitants manifestent leur col\u00e8re contre le vol des produits de champs par des ex-combattants NDC-R, cantonn\u00e9s dans le camp militaire de Rumangabo.<\/b><\/p>\n

T\u00f4t ce lundi matin des habitants de Buvunga et Katale ont barricad\u00e9 la route. Selon des sources la zone, ces habitants ont abattu des arbres le long de route et ont ainsi interrompu la circulation entre Rutshuru entre Goma sur la nationale n\u00b02.<\/p>\n

Nos sources renseignent que ces habitants expriment ainsi leur ras-le-bol par rapport au vol de leur produits de champs par des ex-combattants NDC-R cantonn\u00e9s \u00e0 Rumangabo.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les paysans cultivateurs barricadent la route. C\u2019est le probl\u00e8me des rebelles de NDC R\u00e9nov\u00e9 qui s\u2019\u00e9taient rendus aux forces gouvernementales. Le gouvernement les a emmen\u00e9 dans le camp militaire de Ramangabo, mais il ne les a pas pris en charge or, on les avait amen\u00e9 avec leurs d\u00e9pendants. Ils mangent difficilement et alors ils commencent \u00e0 se servir dans les champs de la population. Ils volent du mais, du manioc et du haricot. Et la population a trouve cette situation insupportable. A 00 h, trois localit\u00e9s, Rumangabo, Kabaya et Kamsale, se sont d\u00e9cid\u00e9es de barricader la route \u00bb, explique un habitant de Buvunga.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le chef de groupement Gisigari confirme la nouvelle. Justin Komayombi dit \u00eatre descendu sur place \u00e0 Buvunga pour apaiser la tension.
