Africa-Press<\/a> – Congo Kinshasa<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L’Assembl\u00e9e provinciale de Lomami convoque une pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re le mercredi 21 juillet 2021 pour se prononcer sur la motion incidentielle contre un membre de son bureau.<\/b><\/p>\n

C’est ce qui ressort d’un communiqu\u00e9 de presse du bureau de l’organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant du 19 juillet 2021 sign\u00e9 par le rapporteur adjoint, Sozito Kabamba Tshilombo l\u2019unique cible \u00e0 \u00eatre encore concern\u00e9e par ladite motion. Les rapporteur \u00c9lie Kasangana et questeure Sidonie Ejiba \u00e9galement vis\u00e9s ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9missions respectivement apr\u00e8s et avant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t du document cherchant \u00e0 les destituer.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9chus le 24 d\u00e9cembre suite \u00e0 une motion incidentielle et r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s par la cour constitutionnelle le 28 juin, ces derniers font de nouveau l’objet d\u2019une motion initi\u00e9e par leur coll\u00e8gue, \u00e9lu de la ville de Kabinda, Augustin Malangu depuis le 17 juillet dernier, au motif \u201dqu\u2019ils n’ont plus la confiance de leurs pairs\u201d.<\/p>\n

Le seul membre r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 par la cour qui sera devant ses coll\u00e8gues ce mercredi pour pr\u00e9senter ses moyens de d\u00e9fense reste le rapporteur adjoint, Sozito Kabamba Tshilombo.<\/p>\n

L’Assembl\u00e9e provinciale de Lomami a convoqu\u00e9 cette session extraordinaire qui va se tenir du 17 juillet 2021 au 17 ao\u00fbt de l’ann\u00e9e en cours afin d\u2019\u00e9puiser les mati\u00e8res non-trait\u00e9es au cours de la session de mars 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
