Africa-Press<\/a> – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Tant attendu par ses partisans, et craint par une partie de ses adversaires, le retour de Laurent Gbagbo \u00e0 Abidjan n\u2019aura finalement pas eu la port\u00e9e politique annonc\u00e9e. Dans le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019ombres qu\u2019est la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire aujourd\u2019hui, Simone Gbagbo pourrait en revanche \u00eatre appel\u00e9e \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le majeur.<\/p>\n

Laurent Gbagbo est donc rentr\u00e9 au bercail apr\u00e8s dix ans d\u2019exil. Accueil triomphal d\u00e8s le salon d\u2019honneur de l\u2019a\u00e9roport, foule de partisans en liesse sur la route d\u2019Abidjan, quelques mots pour exprimer sa joie de retrouver enfin la terre d\u2019\u00c9burnie, mais pas un seul pour remercier Alassane Ouattara, ni pour appeler \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation ou expliquer son projet politique. La s\u00e9quence, hautement symbolique, se pr\u00eatait pourtant \u00e0 un signal fort, un message clair, une ligne directrice, un cap, bref de quoi se projeter sur l\u2019avenir. Mais il n\u2019en a rien \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Demande de divorce<\/b><\/p>\n

Premier \u00ab acte \u00bb pos\u00e9 : une demande de divorce d\u2019avec Simone Ehivet Gbagbo, qui a \u00e9crit l\u2019histoire du Front populaire ivoirien (FPI) avec lui. Apr\u00e8s avoir lou\u00e9 publiquement les m\u00e9rites de sa \u00ab petite femme \u00bb, Nady Bamba, \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s en permanence pendant son incarc\u00e9ration. Simone aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 bien en peine d\u2019en faire autant : elle-m\u00eame \u00e9tait incarc\u00e9r\u00e9e en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n

Ensuite un petit tour dans son village de Mama, puis un crochet par Kinshasa, \u00e0 l\u2019invitation de son ex-cod\u00e9tenu de Scheveningen Jean-Pierre Bemba, avant de prendre la direction de Daoukro, le 10 juillet, pour sceller son alliance, incongrue sur le fond, avec Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9. Heureusement, la rencontre avec l\u2019actuel chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, qui s\u2019est tenue le 27 juillet, est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 pour donner un peu plus de consistance \u00e0 ce retour tant attendu et d\u00e9livrer un message d\u2019apaisement. Pas de quoi se lever la nuit toutefois, ni m\u00eame regretter l\u2019absence de Gbagbo du d\u00e9bat politique ivoirien depuis une d\u00e9cennie.
