Son patrimoine aurait e\u0301galement augmente\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>A en croire les sources, M.C qui a de\u0301cide\u0301 de se passer d\u2019un avocat pour sa de\u0301fense, a rejete\u0301 en bloc, toutes les charges porte\u0301es contre lui.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, le PTUA est finance\u0301 a\u0300 hauteur de 27% par l&rsquo;E\u0301tat de Co\u0302te d&rsquo;Ivoire et a 73% par les bailleurs de fonds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La structuration du PTUA ouvre deux guichets pour les de\u0301caissements.
