Longtemps conside\u0301re\u0301 comme un bastion solidement acquis au PPA-CI, ce territoire strate\u0301gique, englobant les sous-pre\u0301fectures d\u2019Ouragahio, Bayota, Yopoyuhe\u0301 et Dahie\u0301pa Kehi, est de\u0301sormais passe\u0301 sous le contro\u0302le du RHDP. Une victoire qui marque un tournant politique majeur et qui porte l\u2019empreinte d&rsquo;Alcide Dje\u0301dje\u0301, ministre, se\u0301nateur et secre\u0301taire de\u0301partemental du RHDP.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une zone symboliquement forte, notamment en raison de son lien historique avec Laurent Gbagbo, l\u2019enjeu de\u0301passait largement une simple compe\u0301tition e\u0301lectorale. Il s\u2019agissait pour le RHDP de s\u2019imposer durablement dans un espace longtemps perc\u0327u comme verrouille\u0301 politiquement. L\u2019approche retenue par Alcide Dje\u0301dje\u0301 a repose\u0301 sur un travail de fond, mene\u0301 loin des projecteurs, privile\u0301giant la constance, la pre\u0301sence re\u0301gulie\u0300re et le dialogue direct avec les populations.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil des anne\u0301es, le ministre se\u0301nateur a progressivement structure\u0301 l\u2019implantation du RHDP a\u0300 travers la mise en place de comite\u0301s de base, l\u2019animation politique de proximite\u0301 et un discours axe\u0301 sur l\u2019explication des orientations du parti et de l\u2019action gouvernementale. Cette de\u0301marche a permis de repositionner le de\u0301bat politique local autour des re\u0301alisations de l\u2019E\u0301tat, en particulier celles du pre\u0301sident Alassane Ouattara, notamment en matie\u0300re d\u2019infrastructures, de services sociaux et de de\u0301veloppement local.<\/p>\n<p>Au-dela\u0300 de l\u2019action politique stricto sensu, Alcide Dje\u0301dje\u0301 a e\u0301galement investi le champ social, cultivant une relation de proximite\u0301 avec les habitants du Grand Ouragahio. Sa pre\u0301sence re\u0301gulie\u0300re lors des e\u0301ve\u0301nements sociaux, son accompagnement des familles dans les moments cle\u0301s de la vie communautaire et son e\u0301coute des pre\u0301occupations quotidiennes ont progressivement renforce\u0301 un climat de confiance, essentiel a\u0300 la consolidation de son ancrage local.<\/p>\n<p>Les re\u0301sultats des le\u0301gislatives ont consacre\u0301 cette strate\u0301gie. Le candidat du RHDP, Issa Kone\u0301, porte\u0301 par cette dynamique, a remporte\u0301 le scrutin face a\u0300 Anthony Garou, de\u0301pute\u0301 sortant issu du PPA-CI et candidat inde\u0301pendant. Une victoire nette qui, selon plusieurs observateurs locaux, traduit un choix assume\u0301 des e\u0301lecteurs en faveur d\u2019une nouvelle orientation politique pour la circonscription.<\/p>\n<p>La proclamation des re\u0301sultats a donne\u0301 lieu a\u0300 une mobilisation spontane\u0301e des militants et sympathisants du RHDP, venus ce\u0301le\u0301brer la victoire a\u0300 la re\u0301sidence d\u2019Alcide Dje\u0301dje\u0301, dans une ambiance marque\u0301e par l\u2019enthousiasme et la ferveur militante.
