En effet, malgre\u0301 des avance\u0301es enregistre\u0301es ces dernie\u0300res anne\u0301es, la situation demeure pre\u0301occupante.<\/p>\n<p>En 2025, le nombre de de\u0301ce\u0300s sur les routes a enregistre\u0301 une baisse de 19 % par rapport a\u0300 2021, passant de 1 614 a\u0300 1 307 victimes. Cette e\u0301volution positive, selon Etienne Kouakou, te\u0301moigne des effets des mesures mises en \u0153uvre dans le cadre de la strate\u0301gie nationale aligne\u0301e sur la De\u0301claration de Stockholm de fe\u0301vrier 2020, qui ambitionne de re\u0301duire de 50% les de\u0301ce\u0300s lie\u0301s aux accidents de la route a\u0300 l\u2019horizon 2030. En ce de\u0301but d\u2019anne\u0301e 2026, la tendance reste critique.<\/p>\n<p>Entre janvier et le 11 fe\u0301vrier, 519 accidents corporels ont de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301te\u0301 enregistre\u0301s, faisant 164 tue\u0301s et 1 934 blesse\u0301s, notamment sur les axes interurbains, soit une moyenne d\u2019environ quatre de\u0301ce\u0300s par jour.
