L\u2019ex-pr\u00e9fet d\u2019Abidjan, Vincent Toh Bi a appel\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0des r\u00e9formes sur le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des \u00e9lections avant les l\u00e9gislatives\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9vues dans le premier trimestre de 2021, lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il faut avoir le courage avec ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des r\u00e9formes sur le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des \u00e9lections avant les l\u00e9gislatives. S\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de reformes, de consensus, il faut \u00eatre s\u00fbr qu\u2019on va retourner dans les violences\u00a0\u00bb, a recommand\u00e9 M. Toh Bi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ces r\u00e9formes concernent les institutions, les lois les approches techniques\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il propos\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Selon le bilan des autorit\u00e9s ivoiriennes 85 personnes sont mortes et 484 autres bless\u00e9es depuis le 10 ao\u00fbt dans les violences \u00e9lectorales, la pr\u00e9sidentielle du 31 octobre ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par le boycott actif de l\u2019opposition.<\/p>\n

Vincent Toh Bi, initiateur d\u2019une plateforme de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Aube Nouvelle\u00a0\u00bb a demand\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0traduire en justice\u00a0\u00bb les auteurs des actes de violence.<\/p>\n
