Africa-Press<\/a> – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Trouver des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9 de production de logements, c\u2019est l\u2019un des objectifs que le Gouvernement ivoirien \u00e0 travers le Minist\u00e8re de la construction, du logement et de l\u2019urbanisme s\u2019est assign\u00e9 dans la perspective de la relance du Programme Pr\u00e9sidentiel de Logements Sociaux et \u00c9conomique.<\/p>\n

Le Ministre Bruno Kon\u00e9 ne cesse dans cette perspective de multiplier les rencontres avec des op\u00e9rateurs immobiliers.<\/p>\n

Le mardi 5 octobre 2021, il a re\u00e7u \u00e0 son cabinet au Plateau, M. Eric Duval, Pr\u00e9sident du Groupe Duval.<\/p>\n

Avec cet acteur fran\u00e7ais du march\u00e9 immobilier, expert dans la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre de v\u00e9ritables projets immobiliers, les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019investissements en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et sur quelques pr\u00e9occupations relatives au foncier, expos\u00e9es par la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p>\n

Duval a r\u00e9nov\u00e9 un immeuble laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l’abandon \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e de la commune du Plateau au niveau du boulevard lagunaire.<\/p>\n

Selon nos informations, apr\u00e8s plus de deux ans de travaux, le chantier ne tarderait \u00e0 \u00eatre termin\u00e9. L’immeuble ne sera pas \u00e0 but social, mais bel et bien d’affaire, des locations de bureaux.<\/p>\n
