Africa-Press – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span>Songon, 9 nov 2021 (AIP)- Le Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat aupr\u00e8s du ministre de la Construction, du Logement et de l\u2019Urbanisme, charg\u00e9 du logement social, Koffi N\u2019Guessan Lataille, a pris l\u2019engagement de traduire en actions les promesses du chef de Gouvernement, le Premier ministre Patrick Achi, faites aux acteurs immobiliers et aux souscripteurs du programme des logements sociaux.<\/p>\n

Proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 la remise des cl\u00e9s aux souscripteurs des logements sociaux de Lagoona City de Locodjoro, dans la commune d\u2019Att\u00e9coub\u00e9, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Premier ministre Patrick Achi, Koffi N\u2019Guessan Lataille a rassur\u00e9 samedi 06 novembre 2021 les souscripteurs de logements \u00e9conomiques et sociaux dans l\u2019attente que les maisons seront bel et bien livr\u00e9es, tout en sollicitant leur patience.<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes pressantes des populations pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un logement en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, le Premier ministre a identifi\u00e9 des leviers strat\u00e9giques pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le logement en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019industrialisation du secteur de la construction, la mobilisation de ressources suffisantes pour financer durablement le secteur, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un fond de garanti pour prendre en compte les m\u00e9nages du secteur informel \u00e0 revenu irr\u00e9gulier, et enfin, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cadre de gouvernance et de pilotage du programme.<\/p>\n

Aux acteurs du logement, le Premier ministre, Patrick Achi a affirm\u00e9 que le gouvernement fera sa part pour que le programme de logements sociaux dans sa nouvelle configuration soit men\u00e9 \u00e0 son terme.<\/p>\n

Pour attester de cette promesse ferme du gouvernement, Patrick Achi a annonc\u00e9 que \u00ab l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des logements d\u00e9cents pour nos populations, notamment celles issues des couches moyennes et modestes, constitue depuis toujours une pr\u00e9occupation constante du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique et demeure une priorit\u00e9 pour le gouvernement \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Alassane Ouattara, d\u00e8s son accession \u00e0 la magistrature supr\u00eame, a fait du logement des populations une priorit\u00e9 absolue de son programme pr\u00e9sidentiel, avec comme objectif initial de 60 000 logements sociaux et \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n
