Comme annonc\u00e9, l\u2019Union Fraternelle des Cadres et \u00c9lus Pour le D\u00e9veloppement du Grand Nord (UGN) a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e le week-end dernier \u00e0 Korhogo en pr\u00e9sence de nombreux fils et filles de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

Une occasion pour Gilbert Kafana Kon\u00e9 de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler que le projet qui fait couler beaucoup d\u2019encres et de salives \u00e9tait une id\u00e9e du Premier Ministre, feu Amadou Gon Coulibaly.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Merci \u00e0 tous pour votre implication dans la mise en place de l’UGN, cette association particuli\u00e8re qui touche plusieurs r\u00e9gions, plusieurs groupes ethniques et culturels \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le Maire de Yopougon, avant de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler. \u00ab Je voudrais rendre un hommage \u00e0 Amadou Gon Coulibaly, qui, il y a quelques ann\u00e9es nous avait confi\u00e9, \u00e0 certains d’entre nous, sa volont\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation de cette union. \u00bb<\/p>\n

L’UGN a pour objectif l\u2019union pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nos r\u00e9gions. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019Union est libre. Comme toute organisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous voulons rassurer ceux qui donnent le sentiment d\u2019avoir peur. L\u2019Union, vient pour rassembler et pas pour diviser. L\u2019Union est cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour construire et pas pour d\u00e9truire. La cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Union du Grand Nord ne devrait donc d\u00e9ranger personne. Nous nous organisons pour nous mettre \u00e0 la disposition du d\u00e9veloppement de nos r\u00e9gions et de nos parents. Dans toutes les r\u00e9gions de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, les regroupements se font. Toutes les associations, unions, mutuelles de d\u00e9veloppement, ont leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans l\u2019accompagnement des politiques gouvernementales et \u00e9tatiques. Nos populations ont besoin de nous. Nos r\u00e9gions ont besoin que nous nous investissions pour adresser dans la coh\u00e9sion, la solidarit\u00e9 et la fraternit\u00e9, les probl\u00e9matiques environnementales, \u00e9conomiques, sociales, culturelles, \u00e9ducatives et sportives. C\u2019est pour cela que nous encourageons les rassemblements afin d\u2019encadrer la base, de propulser les politiques de d\u00e9veloppement et sensibiliser les populations sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du vivre ensemble \u00bb, pr\u00e9cisait Kafana Kon\u00e9, lors d\u2019une rencontre avec la presse.<\/p>\n
