Africa-Press – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span>Plusieurs milliers de personnes arborant des teeshirts orang\u00e9s, au nombre desquelles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e9tudiants, sont descendues dans les rues de Bouak\u00e9 samedi 04 d\u00e9cembre 2021 pour dire non aux violences faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n

Cette marche, qui s\u2019inscrivait dans le cadre de la campagne des 16 jours d\u2019activisme, a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 symboliquement devant le campus 1 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Alassane Ouattara (UAO) o\u00f9 \u00e9tudiait la jeune \u00e9tudiante, Kouakou Amoin Marie-Jos\u00e9e Hermine, viol\u00e9e et assassin\u00e9e le 18 novembre 2021 par un conducteur de moto-taxi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce matin, c\u2019est la marche organis\u00e9e dans le cadre des 16 jours d\u2019activisme pour dire non au viol et autres violences faites aux femmes. Cette marche orange c\u2019est aussi en hommage \u00e0 la jeune \u00e9tudiante, Kouakou Hermine, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9e, s\u00e9questr\u00e9e, viol\u00e9e et assassin\u00e9e \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9e la coordonnatrice du bureau r\u00e9gional d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 de l\u2019UNFPA, Alice Zadi, principale organisatrice de cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement.<\/p>\n

De l\u2019UAO, cette mar\u00e9e orange s\u2019est \u00e9branl\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019avenue de la Reine Pokou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la place du Carnaval situ\u00e9 devant le palais de justice o\u00f9 une motion r\u00e9clamant justice pour Marie-Jos\u00e9e Hermine a \u00e9t\u00e9 lue et remise aux autorit\u00e9s de la ville de Bouak\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La campagne des 16 jours d\u2019activisme contre les violences faites aux femmes est un \u00e9v\u00e8nement international qui d\u00e9bute le 25 novembre, date de la journ\u00e9e internationale pour l\u2019\u00e9limination de la violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes, et se poursuit jusqu\u2019au 10 d\u00e9cembre, date de la journ\u00e9e des droits humains.<\/p>\n

Lanc\u00e9e par des activistes du premier institut international pour le Leadership des femmes, elle continue d\u2019\u00eatre coordonn\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e par le Centre pour le Leadership mondial des femmes. Elle sert de cadre strat\u00e9gique aux personnes et organisations du monde entier qui appellent \u00e0 l\u2019action pour pr\u00e9venir et \u00e9liminer la violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes et des jeunes.<\/p>\n
