Africa-Press – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span>Le vice-pr\u00e9sident de Forever, Jean-Baptiste Amichia, a conseill\u00e9 vendredi 10 d\u00e9cembre 2021, \u00e0 Abidjan, une parfaite connaissance des hommes dont on est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 manager dans une entreprise afin de d\u2019atteindre les objectifs fix\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019entreprise est faite pour les hommes et il faut les conna\u00eetre. Il faut manager chacun en fonction de sa personnalit\u00e9. On n\u2019est pas h\u00e9ro parce qu\u2019on est une star mais on est h\u00e9ro parce qu\u2019on sait rendre les autres heureux \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 M. Amichia, lors de son expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une soir\u00e9e de partages de son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle avec les membres de Skema Alumni.<\/p>\n

Selon M. Amichia, tout part de l\u2018orientation qu\u2019on donne \u00e0 sa carri\u00e8re parce que c\u2019est par l\u00e0 qu\u2019on est souvent \u00e9valu\u00e9 par les autres. Son ascension professionnelle, il la doit non seulement \u00e0 son bagage intellectuel mais aussi \u00e0 son militantisme dans des organisations de bienfaisance comme le scoutisme o\u00f9 il a appris \u00e0 \u00eatre humble et \u00e0 pouvoir conduire une \u00e9quipe vers un r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite, c\u2019est d\u2019avoir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du poste, conna\u00eetre le poste et demander ce \u00e0 quoi on a droit. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 travailler dans un milieu structur\u00e9 mais dans environnement non structur\u00e9. Nous avons des organisations qui ont le potentiel, il savoir monter les dossiers pour d\u00e9cision \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9conis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Jean-Baptiste Amichia a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle \u00e0 IBM il y a de cela 40 ans apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de marketing en France. Par la suite, il a son mis son exp\u00e9rience au service de la poste de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire avant d\u2019\u00eatre aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Forever. A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cela, il s\u2019emploie au renforcement de dirigeants dans une \u00e9cole formation d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique.<\/p>\n

Au plan culturel, il est le commissaire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Abissa de Grand-Bassam, un festival mettant en lumi\u00e8re la culture du peuple N\u2019Zima et qui, chaque ann\u00e9e, draine du monde dans la premi\u00e8re capitale de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n

Skema Alumni est une association des anciens \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019\u00e9cole de commerce Skema business school. Elle est dirig\u00e9e par Joseph Si\u00e9. Les membres se r\u00e9unissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et \u00e0 chaque rendez-vous, l\u2019un des leurs est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un th\u00e8me. L\u2019objectif est de mieux faire conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9cole ainsi que tous ceux qui appartiennent \u00e0 l\u2019association.<\/p>\n

L\u2019association existe depuis deux ans et revendique une cinquantaine de membres qui ambitionnent, \u00e0 travers ces rencontres, de cr\u00e9er un cadre de convivialit\u00e9 au sein de cette communaut\u00e9 et entreprendre des actions caritatives dans le futur.<\/p>\n
