Africa-Press<\/a> – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le gouvernement et les industriels ont trouv\u00e9 un accord pour suspendre l\u2019augmentation du prix de l\u2019huile de table raffin\u00e9e vendue au d\u00e9tail, cons\u00e9quence de la hausse du cours mondial de l\u2019huile de palme.<\/p>\n

Quelques jours seulement apr\u00e8s son augmentation dans les boutiques et les supermarch\u00e9s ivoiriens, l\u2019huile de table raffin\u00e9e va retrouver son prix ant\u00e9rieur. Cons\u00e9quence de la hausse du cours mondial de l\u2019huile de palme, li\u00e9e notamment \u00e0 un resserrement de l\u2019offre dans les principaux pays producteurs en Asie (la production ivoirienne, soit 550 000 tonnes, ne repr\u00e9sente que 2 % de l\u2019offre mondiale), le prix du bidon de 25 litres de la marque Dinor \u00e9tait par exemple pass\u00e9 de 20 000 \u00e0 24 500 FCFA (30,5 \u00e0 37,3 euros) et celui de la bouteille de 1,5 litre de la marque Aya de 1 450 \u00e0 1 700 FCFA. Un coup dur pour le pouvoir d\u2019achat des m\u00e9nages apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e marqu\u00e9e par la crise sanitaire et les tensions politiques.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre la hausse des prix de l\u2019huile de table raffin\u00e9e intervenue en ce mois de janvier \u00bb, a annonc\u00e9 Souleymane Diarrassouba, le ministre ivoirien du Commerce et de l\u2019Industrie, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de deux journ\u00e9es de concertation avec les acteurs de la fili\u00e8re. Il promet une application imm\u00e9diate des nouveaux tarifs et a tenu \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter les industriels pour \u00ab les efforts qu\u2019ils ont bien voulu consentir au profit des populations ivoiriennes \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Autre annonce, celle du gel du prix du sac de 50 kilos de farine boulang\u00e8re qui devait intervenir le 15 janvier, passant de 19 000 \u00e0 20 000 FCFA, en raison de la flamb\u00e9e des cours du bl\u00e9. \u00ab Le prix de la baguette demeurera a 150 FCFA sur tout le territoire national \u00bb, a assur\u00e9 Souleymane Diarrassouba.<\/p>\n

Deux comit\u00e9s techniques, regroupant tous les acteurs des diff\u00e9rentes fili\u00e8res, seront mis en place d\u00e8s ce 13 janvier \u00ab pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 des solutions durables afin d\u2019att\u00e9nuer la hausse des cours mondiaux, tout en permettant aux industriels de p\u00e9renniser leurs diff\u00e9rentes affaires \u00bb, a annonc\u00e9 le ministre qui n\u2019exclut pas, si l\u2019augmentation venait \u00e0 se poursuivre, une intervention de l\u2019\u00c9tat via \u00ab diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour en ma\u00eetriser les cons\u00e9quences \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il y a une disproportion entre la hausse du cours de 5 \u00e0 7 % et l\u2019augmentation en bout du cha\u00eene, pour le consommateur, qui atteint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40 %. Rien ne la justifie \u00bb, avait regrett\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de semaine dans Jeune Afrique le pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des associations de consommateurs actifs de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (Facaci), Alain Tahi. Il r\u00e9clamait alors un retour au plafonnement du prix de l\u2019huile de table raffin\u00e9e, mesure mise en place entre le 29 avril 2020 et le 9 d\u00e9cembre 2021 pour faire face aux cons\u00e9quences de la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus.<\/p>\n

Si ce n\u2019est pas un plafonnement qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9, c\u2019est toutefois une bonne nouvelle selon lui. \u00ab Nous sommes satisfaits d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus par le gouvernement \u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit-il, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de toutes les autres associations de consommateurs pr\u00e9sentes lors de la conf\u00e9rence du presse de Souleymane Diarrassouba.<\/p>\n

Mais Alain Tahi demeure prudent : \u00ab Maintenant, il faut observer le suivi sur le terrain.
