Africa-Press – C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span>Le Ministre de la Construction, du Logement et de l\u2019Urbanisme, M. Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 KON\u00c9, conduit pr\u00e9sentement une mission de coop\u00e9ration et d\u2019impr\u00e9gnation sur la politique urbaine et de logements sociaux en R\u00e9publique Arabe d\u2019Egypte.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9pondant \u00e0 l\u2019invitation de son homologue, Monsieur ASSEM Al-Gazzar, Ministre du Logement et des Agglom\u00e9rations urbaines, cette visite de travail vise \u00e0 mieux s\u2019impr\u00e9gner des politiques de d\u00e9veloppement urbain conduit par le Gouvernement \u00e9gyptien et envisager les possibilit\u00e9s de renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux \u00c9tats en mati\u00e8re d\u2019urbanisme et d\u2019habitat.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de cette importante mission a permis \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation ivoirienne de visiter le chantier de la nouvelle capitale en cours de construction \u00e0 50 km du Caire, sur une superficie d\u2019environ 170 000 ha (soit plus de sept fois Paris intra-muros), et projet\u00e9e pour accueillir \u00e0 terme environ 6,5 millions de personnes. Cette ville nouvelle regroupera toutes les institutions du pays, les minist\u00e8res, le palais du gouvernement, ainsi que des logements, des h\u00f4tels, des centres commerciaux et des \u00e9quipements sociaux collectifs de proximit\u00e9. Ce projet, d\u2019un co\u00fbt global de estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 45 milliards de dollars (24 750 milliards FCFA), se pr\u00e9sente comme le plus grand chantier en activit\u00e9 sur le continent africain.<\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est poursuivie par une s\u00e9ance de travail avec l\u2019Union Africaine des Entreprises de Construction, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par son Pr\u00e9sident, Monsieur Hassan Abdel Aziz. Cette organisation, qui regroupe environ 3000 entreprises, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en vue de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer et de contribuer \u00e0 accro\u00eetre les comp\u00e9tences et les performances des entreprises africaines op\u00e9rant dans le secteur de la construction. Cette rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour Monsieur le Ministre de pr\u00e9senter les nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019investissement que pr\u00e9sente notre pays dans les domaines de la construction et du logement. Il a par ailleurs invit\u00e9 l\u2019organisation \u00e0 conduire le plus rapidement possible une mission de prospection en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, en vue d\u2019appr\u00e9cier ces opportunit\u00e9s et d\u2019exporter leur savoir-faire dans la r\u00e9alisation de projets structurants dans notre pays.<\/p>\n

A noter que la visite de travail se poursuivra dans la journ\u00e9e du jeudi 03 f\u00e9vrier par des rencontre avec plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de construction \u00e9gyptiennes, notamment la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ARAB CONTRACTORS, et enfin par une audience avec le Ministre \u00e9gyptien en charge du Logement et des agglom\u00e9rations urbaines.<\/p>\n
