Apr\u00e8s celle de 2017, une nouvelle tr\u00eave sociale est annonc\u00e9e pour le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt entre le Gouvernement et les organisations syndicales apr\u00e8s celle de 2017.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce cadre que, la Ministre de la Fonction Publique et de la Modernisation de l\u2019Administration, Anne D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Ouloto, a donn\u00e9 instruction au Comit\u00e9 de Dialogue social, dirig\u00e9 par Flavien Traor\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9laborer avec les organisations syndicales signataires du document du 17 ao\u00fbt 2017, un bilan du protocole d\u2019accord portant revendications et un protocole d\u2019accord portant sociale d\u2019une tr\u00eave de cinq (5 ans).<\/p>\n

Cette question a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019objet d\u2019une rencontre, entre des membres du Gouvernement et les organisations syndicales le jeudi dernier \u00e0 Abidjan, comme rapport\u00e9 par KOACI.<\/p>\n

Mais cette id\u00e9e est d\u00e9sapprouv\u00e9e par le Syndicat pour la revalorisation des enseignants du secondaire de C\u00f4te d’Ivoire (SYRES-CI).<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons appris que la ministre Anne Ouloto a dit r\u00e9cemment que des choses \u00e9taient en train de se mettre en place pour reconduire la tr\u00eave sociale dans le mois d\u2019Ao\u00fbt prochain. C\u2019est le lieu pour nous de dire, que nous ne nous sentons pas concern\u00e9s par une quelconque tr\u00eave sociale \u00bb, mart\u00e8le son secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Arnaud Kouadio et d\u2019affirmer. \u00ab L\u2019id\u00e9e de la tr\u00eave sociale est une escroquerie morale \u00bb puis d\u2019ajouter. \u00ab Nous consid\u00e9rons que cette tr\u00eave sociale est purement un d\u00e9ni d\u00e9mocratique. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 on ne pas dans un pays d\u00e9mocratique d\u00e9nier le droit de gr\u00e8ve \u00e0 des structures syndicales. Il y a eu une premi\u00e8re tr\u00eave qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 17 ao\u00fbt 2017 qui a surpris l\u2019ensemble des fonctionnaires. Cette tr\u00eave a dur\u00e9 5 ans. Il n\u2019est pas question que le gouvernement aille \u00e0 une quelconque tr\u00eave qui sera consign\u00e9e dans un document. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Pour le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Syres-CI, tout ce que le gouvernement peut faire, c\u2019est de r\u00e9soudre les questions pos\u00e9es par le travailleur. \u00ab Et ces questions naissent chaque jour. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 l\u2019homme va vers la perfection. Pour moi je consid\u00e8re la signature d\u2019une tr\u00eave sociale comme une entrave \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression. \u00bb, fait savoir le syndicaliste.<\/p>\n

Au cours de la rencontre avec les organisations syndicales, Mme Ane Ouloto, a assur\u00e9 de la d\u00e9termination du Gouvernement \u00e0 traiter avec efficacit\u00e9 toutes les pr\u00e9occupations qui feront l\u2019objet de discussion.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je voudrais, au nom du Premier Ministre et de l\u2019ensemble des Membres du Gouvernement, vous assurer de notre d\u00e9termination \u00e0 traiter avec efficacit\u00e9 toutes les pr\u00e9occupations qui feront l\u2019objet de discussion. La pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s de mes coll\u00e8gues du Gouvernement devrait illustrer parfaitement la d\u00e9termination collective \u00e0 aborder, dans la confiance mutuelle, tous les sujets, de fa\u00e7on objective, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et pragmatique. \u00bb, a-t-elle signifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n
