{"id":30146,"date":"2022-03-14T18:05:29","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T18:05:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cotedivoire\/?p=30146"},"modified":"2022-03-14T16:16:58","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T16:16:58","slug":"logements-decents-et-a-cout-abordable-bruno-kone-et-un-groupe-francais-lancent-a-abidjan-la-phase-2-du-projet-lives-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cotedivoire\/economie\/logements-decents-et-a-cout-abordable-bruno-kone-et-un-groupe-francais-lancent-a-abidjan-la-phase-2-du-projet-lives-2","title":{"rendered":"Logements d\u00e9cents et \u00e0 co\u00fbt abordable, Bruno Kon\u00e9 et un groupe fran\u00e7ais lancent \u00e0 Abidjan la phase 2 du projet Lives 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire. <\/strong><\/span><b>Bruno Kon\u00e9 et les repr\u00e9sentants du groupe fran\u00e7ais au Plateau (Ph KOACI)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement de son projet Lives2, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Nhood Holding, conduite par son pr\u00e9sident Monsieur Antoine Grolin, s\u00e9journe depuis le 10 mars 2022, \u00e0 Abidjan.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation fran\u00e7aise a rencontr\u00e9, \u00e0 cet effet, le Ministre de la Construction, du Logement et de l\u2019Urbanisme, Monsieur Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9, ce vendredi, \u00e0 son cabinet, pour \u00e9voquer avec lui des sujets relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019avancement dudit projet.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes au cours de cette audience, ont permis de passer en revue, les projets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ou en cours de r\u00e9alisation, puis d\u2019envisager avec le Minist\u00e8re de la Construction, les possibilit\u00e9s de verticalisation et de duplication du concept Lives2.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre de la Construction a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l\u2019engagement de l\u2019Etat de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire \u00e0 apporter son soutien \u00e0 ce projet qui vient r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de plus en plus croissants de logements en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le premier d\u00e9monstrateur du projet Lives2, construit sur le boulevard VGE, a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en juin 2021 par le Ministre Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deux autres d\u00e9monstrateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits \u00e0 Abobo et Marcory.
