Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la plateforme collaborative entre le minist\u00e8re de la construction, du logement et de l\u2019urbanisme et les mairies de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, une importante r\u00e9union s\u2019est tenue le mercredi 16 mars 2022, au cabinet du Ministre Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9 et a vu la participation des membres de l\u2019Union des villes et communes de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, avec \u00e0 leur t\u00eate, leur pr\u00e9sident, le Ministre Danho Paulin Claude.<\/p>\n

Intervenant dans le contexte de la pr\u00e9vention des effondrements d\u2019immeuble \u00e0 Abidjan, cette r\u00e9union s\u2019est voulu un cadre d\u2019\u00e9changes et de prise de d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique. Le Ministre de la construction a ainsi indiqu\u00e9 que \u00ab face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les r\u00e9cents effondrements d\u2019immeubles et sur instructions du Premier ministre quant \u00e0 la mise en place de cet instrument commun de contr\u00f4le, il \u00e9tait imp\u00e9rieux d\u2019organiser cette r\u00e9union en vue de s\u2019accorder sur son fonctionnement \u00bb. La suite de son intervention a port\u00e9 sur les actions men\u00e9es par les services du Mclu pour tenter d\u2019endiguer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Bruno Kon\u00e9 a notamment cit\u00e9 les nombres des contr\u00f4les urbains et des d\u00e9molitions de b\u00e2timents non conformes qui ont fortement augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Chose qui malheureusement n\u2019ont pas emp\u00each\u00e9 les derniers drames enregistr\u00e9s dans le district d\u2019Abidjan, a-t-il regrett\u00e9.<\/p>\n

D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du renforcement de la collaboration avec les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales que sont les mairies pour un suivi plus accru des actions de sensibilisation, contr\u00f4le et de r\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n

Au nom de ses pairs, le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019UVICOCI, le ministre Danho Paulin a salu\u00e9 la tenue de cette r\u00e9union qui permettra selon lui de \u00ab tracer le cadre d\u2019une plus forte implication des \u00e9lus locaux dans ce projet qui vise \u00e0 offrir un meilleur cadre de vie aux populations \u00bb. \u00ab Les maires de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire ont une forte volont\u00e9 d\u2019appuyer le minist\u00e8re pour atteindre cet objectif \u00e0 travers cette plateforme \u00bb, a-t-il martel\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Notons pour terminer qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9, entre autres r\u00e9solutions, de l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un manuel de proc\u00e9dure qui devra d\u00e9finir la composition, les responsabilit\u00e9s et le mode de fonctionnement de la plateforme.<\/p>\n
