Pour la seconde cite\u0301, nous apprenons que, 120 proprie\u0301taires de ba\u0302timents inacheve\u0301s sont introuvables jusqu\u2019a\u0300 ce jour.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019argent pour leur de\u0301dommagement a e\u0301te\u0301 mis sous se\u0301questre et ordre sera donne\u0301 a\u0300 la Mairie de proce\u0301der a\u0300 la de\u0301molition des maisons inacheve\u0301es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes avec Mr le Maire d\u2019Anyama (Ndrl Amidou Sylla), les proble\u0300mes que nous avons, sont ceux de de\u0301placement des impacte\u0301s. Les populations qui sont impacte\u0301es par le projet, beaucoup n\u2019ont pas encore quitte\u0301 les lieux, ce qui fait que l\u2019entreprise malgre\u0301 sa bonne volonte\u0301, n\u2019arrive pas a\u0300 avancer \u00bb, a explique\u0301 le Ministre Ame\u0301de\u0301 Kouakou, avant de poursuivre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons demande\u0301 a\u0300 Monsieur le Maire de nous aider de sorte que ces populations puissent quitter jusqu\u2019a\u0300 la semaine prochaine les emprises de la route pour que l\u2019entreprise puisse avancer assez rapidement (&#8230; a\u0300 Sur les 26 km, nous avons 33 milliards de FCFA simplement pour les de\u0301placements des personnes). Cela fait plus d\u2019un milliard au Km que l\u2019E\u0301tat paie pour de\u0301placer ces populations. Malgre\u0301 cela, certaines refusent de partir et cela freine le projet. C\u2019est la BAD qui a pre\u0302te\u0301 l\u2019argent a\u0300 la Co\u0302te d\u2019Ivoire pour la re\u0301alisation de ces deux tronc\u0327ons. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre de l\u2019E\u0301quipement et de l\u2019Entretien Routier a annonce\u0301 que deux autres tronc\u0327ons seront construits entre le stade d\u2019Ebimpe\u0301 et l\u2019autoroute du nord. \u00ab C\u2019est un financement de la Banque Mondiale.
