Le p\u00e8re fondateur lui-m\u00eame n\u2019a \u00e9crit aucun livre pour nous dire aussi avec pr\u00e9cision ce que nous devions retenir de ce concept en donnant ainsi libre cours \u00e0 toutes les interpr\u00e9tations.<\/p>\n

Les \u00ab\u00a0houphouetologues\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0Houphou\u00ebtistes\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Houphou\u00ebtiens\u00a0\u00bb par exemple soutiennent que l\u2019houphouetisme c\u2019est la paix, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la tol\u00e9rance, l\u2019ouverture d\u2019esprit. Pour les d\u00e9tracteurs, l\u2019houphouetisme n\u2019existe pas puisqu\u2019il n\u2019est pas conceptualis\u00e9. Ceux qui se r\u00e9clament h\u00e9ritiers d\u2019Houphou\u00ebt disent agir et\/ou gouverner dans et sur ses traces depuis son d\u00e9c\u00e8s il y a de cela 27 ans. Ils se combattent et se r\u00e9concilient, se chamaillent et se r\u00e9concilient, ils se d\u00e9fient et se r\u00e9concilient par le dialogue, un mot ci-cher \u00e0 leur r\u00e9f\u00e9rent politique.<\/p>\n

Ce qui nous int\u00e9resse ici, c\u2019est la similitude entre l\u2019h\u00e9ritier et le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent. Qui ressemble \u00e0 Houphou\u00ebt et sur quoi ? Autrement dit qui fait comme Houphou\u00ebt et sur quoi ?<\/p>\n

DE LA GESTION DU POUVOIR D\u2019\u00c9TAT: Ouattara comme Houphou\u00ebt<\/p>\n

Houphou\u00ebt-Boigny, c\u2019est la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 dans la gestion du pouvoir d\u2019\u00c9tat. En effet, Houphou\u00ebt a r\u00e9gn\u00e9 33 ans sans partage sur la C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire. Houphou\u00ebt, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019Homme, le lion et le renard. Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois craint et aim\u00e9. Il ne faisait aucune passe \u00e0 l\u2019adversaire. Son pouvoir \u00e9tait entour\u00e9 de myst\u00e8res. Il entendait tout et voyait tout en temps r\u00e9el. Il ne d\u00e9mystifiait pas et ne jouait pas avec son pouvoir parce qu\u2019il avait fait sienne cette pens\u00e9e selon laquelle \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est Dieu qui met l\u2019Homme \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019un Etat\u00a0\u00bb. Il savait prot\u00e9ger son pouvoir.<\/p>\n

Houphou\u00ebt disait \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer l\u2019injustice au d\u00e9sordre\u00a0\u00bb. Le pr\u00e9sident Ouatarra \u00e0 ce niveau ressemble \u00e0 son r\u00e9f\u00e9rent politique. Il sait comme son p\u00e8re ce que signifie la gestion du pouvoir d\u2019\u00c9tat surtout sous nos cieux. Houphou\u00ebt a connu les r\u00e9voltes du Sanwi et des Gu\u00e9bi\u00e9s, son h\u00e9ritier dit faire face aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 une s\u00e9dition avec la cr\u00e9ation du CNT. Il a fini par dompter et neutraliser ses adversaires comme l\u2019a fait son r\u00e9f\u00e9rent en son temps m\u00eame si cette fois ci la m\u00e9thode est moins violente que celle d\u2019Houphou\u00ebt. Avec sa parfaite connaissance du pouvoir d\u2019\u00c9tat, il comptabilise d\u00e9j\u00e0 10 ans de pouvoir et vient d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vainqueur pour son premier mandat de la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9publique. Aussi une long\u00e9vit\u00e9 comme Houphou\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

DE LA PROMOTION DE LA JEUNESSE: Ouattara comme Houphou\u00ebt<\/p>\n

Ce qui caract\u00e9rise le pouvoir d\u2019Houphou\u00ebt c\u2019est aussi et surtout la promotion de la jeunesse. Ceux qui ont combattu Houphou\u00ebt diront certainement qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas autre choix que de faire la promotion de la jeunesse. C\u2019est derniers oublient que Houphou\u00ebt en son temps pouvait d\u00e9baucher de vieux intellectuels dans les pays voisins pour fermer la porte \u00e0 sa jeunesse dans la gestion des affaires de l\u2019\u00e9tat. En effet, Houphou\u00ebt pr\u00e9parait la rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 travers la nomination des jeunes \u00e0 des hautes fonctions de l\u2019\u00c9tat. La p\u00e9riode des jeunes ministres tels que Fologo, Jean Jacques B\u00e9chio, Balla K\u00e9ita et autres est actualis\u00e9e par Ouattara avec la nomination \u00e0 de hautes fonctions de jeunes loups comme Hamed Bakayoko, Tour\u00e9 Mamadou, Sidi Tour\u00e9, Abdrahmane Ciss\u00e9, Affoussy Bamba pour ne citer que ceux-ci.<\/p>\n
